Lunaria tilted his head slightly as he then slowly got up, He was unsure of what he was doing but...it seemed to be working! The wyvern lashed his tail as he then looked to his side to see the drake trying to help him, Lunaria didn't seem to mind some help, The young wyvern extended his wings as soon as he was standing up, The water droplets washed some of the mud covering his wing membranes, The wyvern then lowered his head as if he was bowing in an act of thankfulness for helping him with his struggle, Lunaria stood still for a few seconds as he then looked around trying to find the cave that he had been looking for now quite a while, after a few minutes the water droplets falling from the sky began running down his chest washing the brownish substance off his chest. ' I appreciate your help Momosuki, and as for you...I also appreciate your help, Would you mind telling me your name?' The young wyvern said as he stared at the drake whose tail was missing.

[im seeing others post examples of the way they rp so I’ll try that too]

-/ Mica wandered along the sunburnt path in front of him. His paws were scorched from the many weeks of walking this path. He wondered if it would ever end, he felt he had been walking for years. It seemed like the twisting trees repeated over and over, as if he was walking in circles. The dead grass, shades of yellow and brown, crunched beneath his feet as he continued on. He gazed at the sunrise, groaning knowing that the sun was back to torture him. It didn’t bother him as much as it used to, he had gotten used to the tormenting sun rays. The heat didn’t bother him anymore, but knowing he was completely lost in this vast land, all by himself, did. He paused in his tracks. He thought about his friends, his mother, his father.. he sighed at the thought. His father never wanted him, and after years and years of pain and suffering, he finally made it away. He wondered how his mom was doing though, as last he knew, she was very ill. It made him sad knowing he left her alone, left her without saying a word, left her with his dad... he pressed on. He couldn’t stop walking at this point, and there was no going back now. He hoped he was near something, someone, anything. But he wasn’t. Would he ever be? Would he ever find the end of this path? Would he survive long enough to? It was hard enough having to eat grass and bugs. One last thought came to his head as he continued walking.. Was he even awake? -

That took a while to write. Either way, hope it’s not too much. I’d love to join, and if I do, I’ll make a character specifically for the rp. Thanks!!

Stepping away as the wyvern rose and seemed to be steady on his feet, Momo would nod in response to his words of thanks, finding the low timbre of his voice rather soothing. Glancing over at the other drake as the wyvern addressed him, asking for his name, her brow would furrow, wondering if the wyvern planned to reveal his own name. Blinking the water from her eyes, she shivered as her soaked fur clung to her, lowering her body temperature and chilling her to the bone. "Perhaps we could continue these introductions in the cave, where its dry?" she suggested, turning away and pointing slender claw in the direction of said cave. Without waiting, she once again headed for the cave and darted inside. She needed to dry her fur and warm up before she got sick.

Lunaria nodded at the drake’s words as he then took a small step quite unsure after all of his struggle a few minutes ago, The wyvern lowered his head as he then walked slowly behind the drake making an effort in trying not to slip once again, just the thought of him fighting in the mud made him shiver, although Lunaria’s vision was quite blurry already he wasn’t that far away from the drake so he could easily follow them into the cave with not a single problem, The wyvern suddenly began to focus on the drake’s white coat, The wyvern seemed to be quite interested in the drake in front of him, Lunaria’s pupils shrank as a loud sound pierced his ears, it seemed to be a medium sized rock that fell due to the heavy rain, Lunaria hissed with fear as he stared at the rock for a few seconds before looking away.

Once inside, Momo would shake herself vigorously until her thick coat was no longer soaked, but merely damp, and looked back out into the rain, where the large wyvern and the other Drake still stood. The wyvern appeared to have been startled by something and had stopped moving. Poking just her muzzle out of the cave entrance, she called out to them.
"In here guys," she beckoned. "There's nothing to be scared of" she added for the benefit of the wyvern.

Lunaria flicked his tail as he then nodded at the drake’s words and walked inside the cave, The wyvern immediately bellowed as he then turned to look at the drake with a puzzled expression, “ Is he coming..? “ Lunaria said referring to the drake that was still outside.

Flinching a bit as the wyvern bellowed the moment he entered the cave, Momo would glance at him curiously. Wondering if he was just expressing his pleasure at being out of the rain by yelling, or if he was simply one of those...interesting, dragons that just liked to roar for no particular reason.
She was pulled out of her musings however, when the wyvern spoke to her, inquiring on whether or not the other drake would be joining them in the cave. She shrugged lightly in response and looked out into the rain, trying to see the other drake. "I don't know, but I hope so, it can't be fun to be out in that downpour," she hummed, her golden eyes now fixing back on the wyvern. "What's your name?" she asked, her head tilting to the side.

The wyvern shivered as he looked desperately for a comfortable place for him to start gaining some warmth back, Lunaria was much more like a scaredy-cat so as soon as he suddenly heard the drake speaking he quickly turned his head towards her as a few words then left his mouth. “ My name..? Oh, I’m Lunaria.” The wyvern’s voice wasn’t really that loud instead it was more like a soft-toned voice, Lunaria made sure his tone of voice was kept at a minimum, He didn’t want to sound aggressive in any way towards the drake, Lunaria yawned soon after he gave the drake his name, The wyvern kept on shivering from time to time, Lunaria eventually found a corner which he found comfortable enough for him to rest for a bit and hopefully he would get a bit warmer.

Tilting her head ever so slightly, Momo would watch the wyvern as he tried to get comfortable, and pricked her ears when he finally offered his name."Lunaria...." She repeated slowly, as if testing it. "That's a very nice name, it reminds me of the moon," she mused, the end of her tail flicking. Still gazing at the wyvern, now known to her as Lunaria, Momo's golden eyes would soften as she watched him shiver from time to time. Her own fur coat was already more or less dry in the short moments since entering the cave, as she was very water resistant as long as she was not constantly standing in a downpour.
"It's pretty chilly in here, do you breath fire at all Lunaria?" she questioned, she herself did not breath fire, but instead produced great and ferocious jets of wind. It wasn't very useful in her personal opinion.

Lunaria yawned before answering the drake who’s tail had been flicking for quite a while now, Lunaria turned to look at the drake as he then gave the drake a small smile. “ Thanks! I appreciate it! I don’t usually get compliments that have to do with my name.” The wyvern said as he then gave the drake a smile once again, The wyvern went silent for a few seconds as he listened to the drake. “ I do.” The wyvern assured the drake that he was capable of breathing fire, Although it was quite cold in the cave he was able of spitting out flames, but there wasn’t anything that could help them make a fire…The only thing that seemed to be around were a few rocks on the ground, And that wouldn’t help at all…

Smiling back warmly at the wyvern, Momo would glance around the cave as he confirmed that he did indeed possess the ability to breath fire. Squinting a bit towards the back of the cave, she spied an old log. She had no idea how it might have come to be inside the cave, and frankly she did not really care. The only thing that mattered was the fact that is was there, and it was not soaked by rain.
Grabbing the log with both talons, she would lift it up with a grunt, rising up on her back paws as she did so and walking back to Lunaria while carrying the old log.
"Here, we can build a nice fire with this," she explained, cracking the log into three pieces as she spoke. She made a circle from loose rocks to create a barrier around the potential flames, and set up the logs in the middle. Now she sat back on her haunches and gazed up at Lunaria, her golden eyes bright and expectant.

Lunaria tilted his head as he watched the drake grab the old looking log, Lunaria wasn’t quite sure if this would work but either way that didn’t mean he wasn’t going to try, Lunaria lashed his tail against the cold stone below him, The young wyvern stared at the drake for a few seconds before he lowered his head and opened his lips hesitantly, in a matter of seconds a small but quick spark left his jaws, the small spark slowly turned into a flame as it then wrapped itself around the old log which finally formed a small but warm fireplace, Lunaria chuckled as he then sat near the warm area, Lunaria’s then yawned as he then lowered his chest and decided to rest his head on the ground, Lunaria smiled to himself as a soothing and comforting feeling vive his body, and just like that the wyvern dozed off in no time.

Momo bent down and gave a soft sigh as the flames sprang to life. The air she released weaved and intertwined with the flickering warmth, feeding the flames with oxygen and coxing it to grow larger. When she was satisfied with the size of the fire, she would sit up and smile at Lunaria once more, only to see that the wyvern had drifted off to sleep. Her smile softening a bit, she gazed at him with sympathy. He was brave to fall asleep in the presence of a stranger, but then again she couldn't have hurt him even if she wanted, maybe poked him with her horns. She chuckled softly at the thought.
Turning away, she would look back towards the cave entrance, wondering if the other drake they had met was going to join them inside or not.

The wyvern had been asleep for a few minutes already, The warmth coming from the fire seemed to be comforting the wyvern as he had begun to rest, A sudden soft sound came from the wyvern’s lips as if he was dreaming, all that could be heard were the wyvern’s small growls, he then shifted around just to rest on his left side now facing the fire, Lunaria For some reason felt quite calm and comfortable around the drake who identified themselves as Momosuki, Lunaria felt safe…for once, The wyvern moved his tail in a slow motion as he slept before wrapping it around his body, and just like that the wyvern’s day ended with a peaceful and warm night.
