If you're unable to post the video to an image sharing site like Imgur, your next best bet would be to take screenshots as described above.

Myriad has a pretty good break down above of what's happening and why it appears to not be awarding Heart Shells properly. One thing I can say is, if you check your user log, you can see when a player has tried to stop you but was unsuccessful. That message looks like this:

"The king was unable to stop you. You earned +1 Flirt point and +# Heart Shells from a successful flirt!"

When that happens, you are immediately awarded the Heart Shell, even though the event page will say to continue enjoying your flirt time (as shown in Myriad's screenshots above). When you go back after the timer has elapsed, it will tell you that you gained +# Heart Shells, but those were already given out when they failed to stop you.

This video was taken after roll over. I had transferred my heartshells to my main account the night before logging off. Unless I’ve genuinely overlooked it when combing my user log the few times I have then I don’t think I was rewarded this heart shell. It’s no big deal for me to miss out on *one* heart shell but I just want to be absolutely certain it isn’t a bug! 😅

Okay, so there -is- a bug, just not the bug you were expecting. So when you flirt with a lioness, if the owner tries and fails to slap you away, you immediately get awarded a random number of heart shells. This is what's displayed in Myriad's screenshots above. In your case, this was logged immediately on the 10th (before your video was recorded):

Now where the bug comes in is, the text that gets displayed after the time is actually up doesn't know exactly how many shells you were awarded, and so it's set to display:

You gained 1 Heart Shell.

No matter how many you actually received, which is where the confusion comes in (it says you earned 1, but there's no user log entry for earning +1 from a slap since you actually earned 2 in this case).

I'm not entirely sure the best way this could be fixed, since the notification and user log entry are generated immediately upon a failed slap, and the generic success text that gets displayed after the 15 minute timer expires has no reference to the now-completed flirt.

No, I think it's fine to leave it up. It actually came in really handy as another report came in this year, which I was able to redirect to this thread. :) At least until a solution can possibly be made to help with the confusion that's caused by the reward mechanic!
