- A Private Warriors Roleplay - There were once four Clans. Until the world seemingly fell apart. Now the miniscule remainder of the distraught Clan cats elect two leaders of two new Clans-Dawnstar of DawnClan and Gazestar from MistClan-and the cats choose a leader to follow. MistClan took over the wide expanses of grassland and mountain. DawnClan claimed the forest and beaches. The two Clans lived peacefully...at least, for a time. The new Moonpool, hidden in the neutral territory between the two Clans, holds StarClan's power. The two leaders travel to the Moonpool to receive their official nine lives and suffix. They stumble across one another and bond over the journey. They return on good terms. But soon Gazestar and Dawnstar realize their feelings for each other are more than just allies. Fernfrost woke earlier than most others. The lithe cat stretched as she left the warriors den and headed towards the full food pile. She quickly grabbed a mouse then made her way out of the camp. ‘I’ll go hunt to replace what I took.’ The warrior nodded to her idea and traveled to a large rock that sat in the middle of the forest, it was her favorite place to eat. Windspirit emerged from the warriors den, yawning and stretching. Briefly stopping to groom his silvery pelt, he trotted into the forest, looking forward to some early-morning hunting. He opened his jaws to breathe in the cool dawn air, and ran a little faster. The cool air always revived him. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Fernfrost walked slowly through the forest. She enjoyed taking her time, listening to the forest creatures wake and start their day. She sighed and looked around, usually she would be walking with Darkpelt, but after the incident… She shivered and shook her head. Hunting would get her mind off things. She sniffed around trying to catch a scent of something, and eventually caught onto a rabbit. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Windspirit trotted deeper into the forest, following prey-scents till they either faded or ran away. Catching the strong, musky scent of a rabbit, he trailed it swiftly, nose twitching with anticipation. His claws flexed with the desire to catch prey. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Fernfrost tracked the scent, her tail flicking impatiently. As the smell got stronger she noticed that they were approaching the Dawnclan’s border. She silently rolled her eyes, hoping that the dumb rabbit would stay on her territory. She stayed near the bases of the trees, crouching and staying out of the wind so the prey couldn’t smell her. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Windspirit could sense he was approaching MistClan border, and slowed down a bit. He followed the rabbit scent all the way up to the Great Pine, then grunted with frustration. It had traveled into MistClan territory, he could see the white of it's tail disappearing into a bush. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Fernfrost spotted the rabbit bouncing past her. It was the perfect opportunity to strike. She jumped and tackled the rabbit under her body. She latched her jaws onto the throat and killed it swiftly.
