He looked around the room, walking over to the door and pushing on it. He then twisted the handle, it was locked. "Well thats not good." He said, "Its locked. I'm not sure if there's a key around or something."

He looked around the room, trying to find anything he could. As he was running his hand along the wall he felt a loose brick. Curiously, he pressed it. After pressing a loud clicking noise sounded through the room. Suddenly the ceiling swung open and a pile of snakes fell out, hissing and spreading out across the floor. Though a sparkling came from one of them. A key was tied around it. “Oh that’s just great,” he mumbled to himself.

Zayne froze, he just seemed to stare at the snakes. He was shaking quite a bit. He reached for his sword, putting his hand on the handle. He seemed to keep switching from looking at two snakes near him.

He glanced over and noticed the problem around Zayne. They walked over and pulled their axe out, beheading both the snakes then picking up the heads to examine the type of snake. They sighed, “Venomous, great.” They reading their axe again and began flipping snakes away with the blade of it.

He backed up, his back against the door. He kept his eye on the snake with the key, occasionally making sure there were no snakes near him. He took deep breathe and pointed to it. "The key is over there."

He looked over, following his pointing. He made his way over sliding snakes and chopping the heads off some. He eventually made his way over to it and cut its head off, grabbing the key and making his way back over.

He stepped away from the door, allowing them to unlock it. They turned keeping an eye on the snakes still alive, even though there were only a few, he was still as scared as he had been when there were more.

They unlocked the door then walked through it, holding it open for the other and shutting it after they walked in. They looked around at the room, a large area lay slightly lower than the rest of the floor. Perhaps it’s a memory thing?

As he shut the door Zayne took a deep breath and looked around the room. They kept against the door, not wanting to set off any traps if there were any. "Um, What do we do now?"

“Well,” it walked around the platform and inspected it, “I believe we either have to figure out the code or maybe it’s a memory thing,” it walked over to the door. “Because there’s no door knob or key area on this door.”

He nodded, following it over to the platform. "Maybe a memory thing? Cause I don't see anything that would give us clues for a code." He said as they looked around the room.

He nodded, “The question is though is how do we start it? Maybe just stepping on it and seeing where it gets us?”

"Okay..." The half-elf said as they stepped up onto the side of the platform, he hesitated to step fully onto it. Then he stepped onto it and nothing happened. He passed then walked around on the platform, they felt one of the black shift down and stepped back, out of the cracks seeped water.

They watched the water rise. Was it just going to cover the platform or was it going to fill the room? They wondered what would happen as he watched the water start to cover it. “Be careful,” they called over to them.
