What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? White screening What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. Going in between things in crossroads- it gave me a 502 gateway error but after i refreshed a few times it went away Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? Any screenshots you can provide us with? Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. I have been getting the ‘502 bad gateway’ constantly for the last couple of days and today it’s been on exploring, feeding/breeding my lionesses and going to new pages. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. Edit: I keep getting these errors more then once on my iPad 7. I go to refresh and it won’t load up till I open a new tab. I play mostly on mobile through google chrome on an iPhone and am constantly getting “502 bad gateway nginx/1.20.1” error on many different pages. It has been going on for about the last two weeks. But is worse then it has ever been. It tends to come up most going through my dens lions, but has happened in explore (when I try to claim a lioness) and when browsing TC and others kings/den. Several refreshes do not fix the problem. Normally I either have to go back several pages to get a working one, and if that doesn’t work, I have to close the tab out completely and reopen Lioden. Sometimes opening a new tab doesn’t work either. I have gotten to error for upwards of 5-8 mins before and at that point pretty much gave up for several hours. I cannot pin it to a time of day, as it happens constantly. I feel like it’s more linked to every so many pages I load because it is that frequent. I will try to give more info as I can get it. (I work in networking so I know how valuable precise information can be). ****Updates: 11/17/22 Got the error while I’m explore, a single refresh helped. Also got while going through and feeding my lions Refresh did not work, going back in the browser did not work. I gave it about 5 mins and then the pages reloaded. 11/20/22 Got the error when going from a TC lion sale page (of one of own lions) back to that lions page. Like 11:40am Lioden time. Had to close Lioden and reopen to get it to load again. Ps - was also very happy to read the update about possibly figuring out what the problem is. 0 players like this post! Running into this issue on Win 11 PC via Firefox and Android via Chrome over the past few weeks. Sometimes I can refresh the page and it will go away. Other times I have to open a new Lioden tab. And once or twice I was unable to access Lioden at all for several minutes. If it happens again I'll try to edit this post with specifics. The 502 gateway has been happening to me every 20-30 minutes. EDIT: 502 gateway just happened and I refreshed 2 times. Nothing happened. It made me leave the site for 1 minute. When I entered the site it still didn't go away until I refreshed a couple of times than it went away. EDIT:Happened to me again. I refreshed and it went away, but when i went to the home page, it did it again. EDIT:No gateway in maybe a couple days. It seems like its slowed down 0 players like this post! Update: Happens at least 7 times a day. Will say "502 gateway" when I click on TC, branch, explore, and my lion's profiles. Says 502 bad gateway and even if I get off the site and get back on, it will still say it. Takes about 5 minutes of being away from the site for it to finally let me get into the site, 0 players like this post! Like? |
