I wonder if "mutation boost" means specifically for a brand-new mutation (like the Tigon Boost when tigons were first released) or just a general LM/GMO-type effect? Either way, super exciting!

While we were discussing it in chat with Abbey (#1), she said not to get our hopes up for a new hybrid, but you never know! Another tigon boost style event with unlockable big boosts would be a lot more engaging to me than just a general small buff in chances.

I wonder if we might see some of the older confirmed mutations added - Stuff like primordial dwarf, which even had all of its stages sketched (barring adult male I think), or even stuff like hairless or brachycephaly.

I'd also love to see another primal but I'm not sure if they'd do it during Ferus's month, even as a completely separate thing. And as the OG suggester of jaglions, I know they're pretty much debunked for the anniversary update, but I'm glad to see an admin acknowledge it even if offhandedly LOL - Perhaps not now, but one day!

I am so excited for all of this. I went back to go look at the post about the recode in ~2020, I hope we also get a similarly inspired biome system like Wolvden. Being able to live in a specific biome is so awesome and adds a fun, personalized, and unique element to your pack/pride. It's easy to switch biomes too; all you have to do is do a little quest and you can actually do it whenever you want (even multiple times in a day) and there's no cooldown.

I'm personally hoping it's not made too similar to wolvden cause I appreciate them being different games. I gave Wolvden a try in the beginning but ended up prefering Lioden's build, so I'm glad theyre different enough for people to decide for themselves!

This is weird, but I think one of the things I really like to see is the bug box. It's so nice to see bugs being picked up and fixed!

And yeah I don't think it'll be a 1:1 with Wolvden of course, but you can already pick a "territory tile" so I think it'd be cool if they expanded on that! An expansion to seasons is exciting too, I hope we get cool new decor like the flood pit!

The only thing I don't like is the proposed new logo. I think they should stick with the current one. It's iconic at this point and looks nicer in my opinion.

Pretty much agree 100% with what you've said! It'd be nice to see updates as theyre happening and an expension of existing features is always welcome
I also totally agree with the logo thing. It might've been a prototype but it seems like an earlier design rather than an upgrade.

OH! One other thing I do hope gets ported over from WD though: Being able to see a thumbnail headshot of peoples' lions in on their profile!! As an option of course if people like the classic list version, or alternatively they could make it so the thumbnails only show up when you click into a cave/den/etc. I love being able to see peoples' pretty wolves at a glance, I'd love that for lions too It also makes games like "Which lion would you steal/which lion above do you like best" games more fun and easy too!
