What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I went to grab hint 5, upon grabbing it I searched for where it could be. I've been assured and told by others it should be in crossroads but it isn't there.

Paths diverge, a choice to make,
A chance to find what's at stake,
The treasure's hidden, it's up to you,
To follow the trail, pure and true.

I was doing the treasure hunt, and I got the hint

"Among the currently active few,
Lies a treasure trove of insights new."

I asked for help, and was told it could be found at active player list, however, I looked everywhere for it, bottom, top, left and right and there was nothing. I decided to logout and log back in to see if it would work, still nothing. But when I did it on my side account it worked perfectly fine, its still not showing up on my main even tho I tried everything I could.

The piece is MIA. Checked everywhere, refreshed my browser, tried a different browser, restarted my computer, and nothing changed. I am positive this is the answer.

- check Chatter and see if it is, or isn't there (I didn't get this riddle on my side, which worked just fine)
-went to modbox, and did their suggestions
-nothing is fixed

I started the treasure hunt, and got the hint

"With a lion's pride and a regal view,
A summary that gives a clue."

I know this is supposed to be in pride overview and the mound was not there at all. I mod boxed it and was told a few different things to try including: logging out, refreshing the page, turning off den CSS, exiting the tab, clearing cache data, and trying on a different device. None of these solutions helped and the mound is still not showing up.

I was doing the treasure hunt, and i got the clue

"With a curious heart and an open mind,
Exploration reveals treasures to find,
A treasure trove of discoveries anew,
For those seeking adventure and a different view."

After not being able to find it anywhere I contacted some friends and I was told it was at explore L1. When I went there it was nowhere to be found on the page so after reloading it, logging out then in, restarting my browser, just waiting hoping it'll fix itself, changing devices, etc.

so im stuck on Treasure Hunt where i have this clue "In the seeker's lair, clues are kept, And plans are made before they stepped." which is supposed to be my den. but when i click on my den, theres no treasure icon. i already completed the treasure hunt on my main account so i dont know if im blind or if its bugged.

I know part of this map piece is on patrolling yet there is nothing, I tried to log out, use different device, wait for rollover or patroll my lion and unpatroll it to maybe reset the page but nothing helps

I was doing the treasure hunt, and i got the hint

I finished this treasure hunt on my alt account already, but I can't remember getting that hint there. Got 6 out of 10 hints already done but this one just doesn't spawn on cub training. Looked everywhere and even went around looking on other pages and nothing.

im up to my 5th clue which is "With a serpentine hiss and a cunning mind,
The reptile gives trials that are one of a kind"
which i know is questing snake!

however the pile is non-existent, i contacted mod box and tried the options provided: logging out and closing tab, refreshing and waiting to fully load, tried mobile and pc, different browsers and waited for rollover.
none of these made any difference, and i have been unable to continue the treasure hunt!

i have provided screenshots bellow of the questing snake page on my end which shows that the pile isn't there!

i hope this issue resolves before i miss out as iv been rather keen for this!

I've had this one before on my other account, so I know it is in the Exploring page. However, when i went to the page I couldn't find the dirt mount. I also checked everywhere else, and couldn't find it anywhere on said page.
