What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I am unsure if this is the right place to put this or not, or if it's even intended functions for the game. When I play either on my phone or my computer, the function is the same: when tiles are dropping after a successful match, I am able to swap *any* two consecutive tiles, even if this new swap does not create a match whatsoever.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Any two tiles can be swapped during the addition of scoring/as tiles are dropping.

Such as:
x o x y x
b m c o o

If other tiles on the board away from the group drop and do not mess with any of the above, I could still swap the top o and the m below it while the tiles are dropping to create:

x m x y x
b o c o o
And therefore create a match next turn by swapping the o and the c. I'm sorry if this is explained poorly, but it is the best way I know how.

Basically, as tiles are dropping and points are being added, any two tiles next to each other or above/below one another can be swapped even if it does not create a match. Again, apologies if this is functioning as intended, but it normally does not work that way when tiles are not dropping, so I assumed not.
