Flower:

Flower stands Along the river stretching along the savannah plains, watching for crocodiles before drinking. Her floral coloring makes her easy to spot even from underwater. Once the water is deemed safe enough to steal a drink, she laps at the surface briefly before backing away from the water's edge. She returns to the plains' heart after getting enough to drink. She had no job in the pride yet but was sure to find it eventually.

Carmen

Carmen awoke from the blazing desert sun shining in his face. He'd stretch with a short roar, shuffling to his feet. He'd think for a moment as he fully awoken. He'd decide to head towards the plains. A long trip, so he rested for a moment longer before standing with a shake to his mane, padding towards the plains across the hot sand.

As his paws scorched with every step, he desperately searched for a nice spot of shade to rest his weary head and burning paws. This was going to be a very long day...

“Ah hello flower.”echo said walking up to her an stopping infront,he had a fresh cut on his shoulder from a spar but other than that He was fine.
“Are there gators in the water?” He asked a in a soft tone looking at her.

Flower:

She perked up from the voice of the king of the pride. She turned to him and nodded her head in respect. "none that I saw." she said. "must be hunting up river." she sat and glanced a the injury that the male had. "where did you get that?' she asked while lifting a paw to point at the wound.

He looked at her “I had gotten into a spar with a adolescent,he beat me up bad-“ he joked with a smile,lifting up his paw to lick the wound clean
“So how was your day been?” He asked curiously,Licking his paw to groom himself.he looked at the sunrise,smiling but missing the old king.

"fair"
she said as she watched the horizon. Not much had happened this week. The herds around had stayed in their areas mostly. Very few had tried to cross the river with the recent rain. Once, drier times come, the herds will be on the move. But for now, the pride need not worry about whether or not there will be food around.

"How goes the queen?" she asked as she sat. "good health I hope?"

She breathed in the morning air and the slight humidity that the night left with it.

“I think so.haven’t seen her in a bit.” He said looking into flowers blue eyes,she was a kind and bubbly lioness..he thought about what her role could be
Hunter?broodmother?he was thinking to himself when he heard something rustling in the bushes,it was a cub.it pounced at his tail and he turned his head,the cub leg out a small yelp and then running off to it’s mother

Hearing the two chatting, she trotted up towards the two. `` Doing well, `` She replied. `` Just a bit busy with this one, `` She joked. `` And how might you be, flower? In a good mood, I hope? `` She asked brushing her tail along Echo's side. She sat and waited for a response. She looked at flower's gorgeous coat, and thought about her personality. Than a sharp pain hit her, and yelped. She had turned around to see an adolescent biting her tail! The nerve! She immeidiatly jumped up and lunged towards the male adolescent, hitting him with a vicious smack. That should do it, she thought, turning back towards the lions.

Flower
"they're something alright." she said and smiled at the youngsters causing trouble. It feels like just yesterday she was one of them too. Running around and making life harder for the adults. When the queen joined the conversation, Flower gave another head bow, this time towards the queen.

"they can be quite the challenge," she noted and rose to all fours.

"Is there anything that you need to be done today?" she asked the royal couple.

“I don’t really need anything,but I have a questions for you flower..” he said his voice starting soft then turning too a stern tone,he looked at her and made sure she was listening to him. “What do you think you role should be?” He asked curiously,he needed to know so he could give her that role.

Ashuka, taking the hint that she was no longer included in the conversation, sat up and walked away. Why did he always do this to her? As soon as she joined a conversation he would switch the subject. Oh well. Ashuka suddenly spotted some males her age and trotted off over towards them and started chatting.

Flower:
She blinked at the question. She was sort of caught off guard by the question. She hadn't made it a priority since becoming an adult to pick a role and was always pushing it off.

"oh, well I have no idea, to be honest," she said and thought about the question and how differently her life would be with each side. She had always loved the idea of having her own cubs, but hadn't had the chance. Being a broodmother would give her the freedom of taking care of cubs she hadn't had.

But she also loved the thrill of learning about the herds and working with a team to get things done. She could do all that as a huntress.

She pawed at the dirt below her and gave it one last thought.

"Could I still have cubs if I became a huntress?" she asked.

“Yes you could,you would just need your huntress name.” He confirmed with a smile,he felt bad for all the lioness that couldn’t have cubs from getting hurt by a buffalo.”you would just have to be careful when hunting dangerous prey..I know many lioness that have lost litters from it..”he said in a sad voice,he just wanted to make sure she would be safe

Asuka looked over at the two exchanging pittying glances. Her ears pinned in disgust and she growled as she walked over towards the river. She took a few laps at it before spitting in it. A male then quickly walked over towards her, smacking her flank with his paw. She quickly spun around, before lunging and viciously clawing at the lion, After a few minutes, there was blood everywhere and a dead lion carcass on the ground. Her body suddenly froze and she regretted every move and ran away from the scene. (Sorry if it was dramatic but it was kinda just blank in the rp)
