Dafari was about to deal the final blow to his opponent when the sudden roar of his king pierced the sounds of battle. Lowering his paw, Dafari kept his eyes on the enemy as he thanked Echo. When the rogue male disappeared in the horizon, Dafari turned towards his king. "That was the second time today a rogue was lurking around so close to our home. Aren't you worried, my king?"

After, quite a while of walking, he'd finally spot it, shade. A large cactus like tree. He went to the tree and lied beside it, taking a nice long break from the scorching heat that had left his paw pads nearly raw from burns.

Flower:
She watched the males go after a rogue and watched as a fight started between the two. Nice. She had always loved seeing the strong males do their best to protect their pride. It made her feel as if they were protecting her personally in a way. She stood up from watching and then walked past the den and the tall grass and sat on a cool rock that lay beneath some trees.

"Good morning, lions, cubs, and fools alike, we have quite the day ahead" Daze chimed bright and early. There was no 'big day ahead' she was just a sucker for the cool morning water. She padded out into the calm morning with a trail of cubs behind her. "Nothing like that feeling of the stream on your back" she smiled to herself, settling in the cool mud at the streams center. She lazily watched the cubs wondering if one of her pride mates would join her to watch the battles as picked up

After a few days Ashuka limped back into pride territory. She had cuts and bruises created by other lions all over her body. Her legs and torso were covered in them. As soon as she walked into the cave, her body went limp. Ashuka was exhausted, and she fell asleep immediately. To her, being gone for days without coming across a lion from her pride looking for her was betrayal, and she hadn't wanted to deal with any of it at the moment. She just wanted to sleep.

“I am back from my lone patrol.” He said walking up to the group of lioness,he had a few cuts and bruises “I ran into another loner..but it was 2 of them.” He said with a shaky voice,parts of his fur were coated in blood..
“They both cut me up real bad..we are doubling patrols and hunting partys” he said in a calm but stern tone,he looked at all the lioness and nodded.
He walked off and sat in the shade licking his wounds and grooming himself.

After Ashuka's nap she limped out of the den, right past Echo, ignoring him as if he didn't exist. He could ignore her too for all she cared. All that mattered to her at the moment was getting a drink. This was the first one she had in days, and her tongue was as dry as a desert during summertime. She didn't even care if he noticed her. He obviously wasn't to worried about her to completely forget about her.

Flower:

Flower woke up and decided to look for some creatures to hunt. Now that she was a huntress of the pride, she had duties to fulfill. She wandered out of the den and walked to the heart of the tall grass and started to search for any kind of creature that may fill their bellies. She had hoped for something big and old that would be easily taken down. She wanted to prove to the others that she was worth something.

She heard a twig snap and looked to find a young zebra foal that had gotten its leg caught in the brush. There were thorns that held the foal in place. The foal was weak from struggling and already losing a lot of blood. Better put it out of its misery. She bit down on the neck and was able to free the dead foal from the brambles with her strength. If only the foal was a little older, it might have survived. She carried the carcass back to the den with a smile on her face. It might have been easy, but it was still something.

Mysterion was already awake flipping a beetle over and over and chasing it. Like a cub would just pretty much torturing it. As well with that stupid smug grin on his face as he proceeded. He was in the plains at this time. A loud buzz in his ear caught his attention making him jump around and see a bee. He pounced at the bee and chased after it pawing at it. He was stopped in his tracks by a seemingly alone male lion. The male lion just kept walking. He backed away from the larger lion and ran back to where his fellow pride members were.

“Ah.hello mysterion,how are you doing?” He asked in a low but kind tone,his wound was healed over but there was a scar where it was .atleast I have that.
He said to himself looking at the scar,feeling confident and strong when he saw it.

"Good morning ladies and lions" Daze wandered in though no one had really known she'd gone. She was soaked from heat to tail just like every morning. She'd be out before the sun walking in the water. "The battles are already heating up" she puffed half annoyed " but that new primal out there fighting seems like a sweetheart"

She dragged the carcass to where she saw other lions and lionesses gathered. She dropped the foal and a small cloud of dust wafted up from the weight of the creature. She nodded and backed away from the kill.

" feel free to eat," she said and licked the blood from her mouth. She smiled at the other lions and thought about each one and what they meant to her.

"I'm starving" Daze shook herself off. "The water is great today flower, you should join me and the cubs later for a swim" Daze smiled gliding over to her. She sat firmly and took some zebra to chew on. "There's a lot of wandering lions today, so many brutes looking for lions like us"
