RULES

No OP Characters/Power Roleplaying (Ex. No killing/harming without permission or saying that someone did something even though they didn't agree, Npc's are fine to control though)
Only Light Gore if you plan on it
When Speaking add "Insert Text Here"
When thinking do 'Insert Text Here'
When you make an OC you can only have human ones with no powers. This is just an average highschool!
