"Definitely less darker." I sighed and started at the ground. "It was beautiful compared to now.." I added. I continued to pick at my nails.

"Intresting. You know, Fay had a garden, I never saw it but it's somewhere around here." Ied say cheerfully, maybe they would like to see some green.

"I doubt any of that is still there." I looked over at the robot. I still continued to pick at my nails, hoping to distract myself from the pain of the many cuts. Possibly hoping the robot didn't understand emotions.

"Can I ask somthing?" I sit up, "Your nails why do you chew on them? You have edibles." My concern grew, did they refuse the edibles should I look for more? Are they going to starve?

"It's a habit I have." I responded. I stopped chewing on my nails and put my hands in my pocket. "I picked it up recently"

"I see, like my reading." I look at the book then to the human, "Would you want to hear what the book is about? It's named by Shakespear." I say smileing

"I absolutely hated reading that." I mentioned. I sighed; I barely remembered reading it other than absolutely hating it. But maybe if I agreed, the robot would not think about turning me in yet. "I don't remember anything, so go ahead."

Ied go on to read the book out loud, stumbling over each word and having to repeat more than I wanted to, "Sorry I haven't read out loud in a long while." I chuckled

You notice as you look at the photo, does the robot and Fay look alike?
I get up closing the book, "Ima go see if I can find a different book." Ied walk to the pantry and start sifting through it.

I just thought it was a coincidence, and I turned away. I again took off my jacket to look at the cut while the robot was distracted. I winced when I ran my finger over it.

"Ah have you ever read the "Wiz-ard of O Z?" Ied say the name totally wrong, trying to spark some humor, turning I see the human with their many cuts and sigh, "Why do you not let me heal you?"

"I haven't." I tried avoiding the second question. I quickly put my jacket back on and zipped it. I was hoping the robot would stop asking those questions.

Ied huff, walking over I placed the book down on my bed picking up the med box I set it smack down on the humans lap. "If I can't heal you myself at least try." How do I tell them there the last? Do they even know about it?
