Currently the "Night" theme on lioden is still very bright, and if you are someone like me who tends to play at night, the brightness is VERY noticeable and starts to hurt my eyes. I'm suggesting a darker version of night mode, replacing the blue-ish grey with a dark grey (almost black) with white text, with the same trees/background as night mode. This would save players like me with eye strain issues from not being able to play for very long before our eyes start to feel like we're staring at the sun. Ideally the text color would be customizable WITHOUT using a css Please let me know why/why not you've supported the idea, as I'd like to know what to change/add/remove  |

I was thinking more of discord dark mode, yeah! I think a pitch-black would just look odd compared to everything else  1 player likes this post! Like? |

mhm! if they were to implement it, the grey-blue colours are already good enough, but the sheer brightness of the screen and lighter blue is honestly so unappealing. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Everything I play on laptop or mobile if it's an option I always put on Dark mode. Dark mode is very calming unlike light mode which is very obnoxious. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I support wholeheartedly. It is almost impossible for me to read dark text on white background, and it really sucks that this game is so addicting despite the fact that I have to strain so hard. 0 players like this post! Like? |

yes a classic dark mode would be muchhhh appreciated, not only would it fit my side kings css more BUT as a huge night time player even having my screen brightness as low as it goes it can really hurt my eyes and i find myself squinting allot. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I know I'm the only one that doesn't support this BUT that's because as someone studying web design and has vision issues as well, dark mode is not actually as good for you as everyone thinks. I'm not saying do nothing, but there are browser addons that can can change the lighting to be very tailored for you without making it black. A more muted, warm coffee kind of color has been shown to be the easiest on the eyes instead of straight black/dark gray. I can link some proof but I'm unsure if that's allowed (I'm an old timer from 2013 but forgot my login) I get incredibly bad afterimages from reading light on dark even briefly but I do understand that light mode is too bright, which is why I have turned to custom themes such as Dracula for a lot of applications and sites. A nice pale gray or blue/purple can sometimes work but again the best is a warmer shade of coffee or beige, try it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I fully support, as long as the actual text is not fully white, since that causes a lot of eye strain as well. Discord is a great example of a perfectly executed dark mode imo, and I think that a muted grey or something similar for the text would work great against a darker but not too dark background! 0 players like this post!
