What sorts of things do you recommend a newbie do?
- Lion slots 1-40 can be earned by battling other players lions! *do not buy* (I will write more about that in a little bit)
- Exploring is very useful! and don't forget to use the boost (will pop up on your side bar you get one energy boost a day (shows up once you have depleted energy to 0%)
- Beetle slots from 1-16 can be earned through beetle battles *do not buy*
- Female beetles cannot battle but are great for breeding!
- Feeding and playing with your lions gets over whelming. I would play with your lions everyday for the free play action but feed every other day!
- Fully feed/play with any lioness you are attempting to breed no matter the day
I’ve been hunting a lot and whatever rots I sell to the... macaque?
That's good! Yeah, I usually sell the small meat chunks at the beginning of the day and don't feed them to my lions as they give very little food and rot extremely fast!
Beetles
Beetles are pretty simple tbh! You're able to battle males in the cross roads every 15min and earn exp, herbs, slots, etc. They have their own rarity which is labeled in their little bios! You can also find beetles in explore. If you ever want more beetles you can always check mine out, I breed a handful of different breeds.
Rarity/Breeding
When it comes to understanding rarity and breeding lions it comes down to three things! Genetics, Markings and Mutations
For genetics I would take a looking at this.
Markings have Tiers to them, the higher the tier = rarity but I wouldn't focus too much on that tbh. More or less, the more markings your lion has the better, especially if they look really pretty. I would say that you can get away with any markings T1 and above!
Mutations are not mandatory AT ALL but they are very fun for those who like them and they often sell for a higher price.
But all of that stuff above is for breeding in rarity alone!!
I know peeps who have dens only for pretty lions ^^ I use my secondary account for that.
Lions that are breed for their looks just depends on your tastes! You can also mix rarity and beauty if you want both for your account (though it can be difficult).
What is the best way to aquire SB?
Once a Day
- Boaball
- You get SB every time you roll over (streaks)
- Trivia (answers linked in my den)
Within the Hour
- Cups (every hour)
- Beetle battles (every 15min)
Whenever you Can
- Selling extra food to the baboon dude
- I usually sell NCLs for 10SB/each (specifically if they are in heat)
^ if you're having a hard time claiming lioness' in explore I have a claiming guide linked in my den ^^
^ You can trade NCLs in the trading center
How to insert an img of your lion:
1. Take a screenshot of your lion
2. Upload img to a site like Dropbox
3. Type in or paste this code to your post:
<*img src="INSERT HTML HERE" width=80%*>
4. Copy img share code or img address
5. Paste between the ""
6. Replace "www" with "dl" (lowercase DL)*
7. Change size using the width, either % or "px"
8. Remove the * at the beginning and end of code
* Step 6 is VERY important!! |
