2 HTML Orders! To answer your question, you would pay after, as my rates are based off of how many hours I work on your commission, making my rates vary from 4-24 per CSS created!To make things easier, there is a CSS Order Form on the first comment on this thread that I would like for you to fill out if you do want a slot!
