Aela reached a paw up and playfully pushed his muzzle away, not letting him ruffle her fur any more. She didn't want to give any Sunrise wolf that satisfaction. "The grass will get over it. Me, not so much." She tried not to smile but couldn't help it. She found this particular rival more bearable than the others, probably because she had learned to deal with his teasing by now. At his question, she sighed and said "My nut-brained sister is sulking somewhere, nothing for you to worry about. though if you see her I give you permission to rough her up a bit." She hoped Pyre was somewhere listening and not getting into trouble. She was starting to remind Aela of their father when he was in one of his 'moods' and it brought up unnecessary heart ache.

Soren grinned at her reactions to him and sat down with a grunt. "Alrighty, ill send her on home with a good talking to." He flicked his tail at her when she smiled "Your smile suits you, you shouldnt have a bad smile on a graceful girl, after all." He smirked at his next bit "Of course, i could mean you have a nice smile and your graceful,or i vvould be saying that you are not graceful, so you dont have a nice smile." He flashed a smile at her.

Aela laughed "Must you always speak in riddles? Just say what you mean clearly. I'm a scout, not a psychic." her eyes sparkled at his words, having caught their meaning well. She may not be as experience as Nova but she knew flirting when she heard it and found it fun in the least. I'm gracefulandhave a nice smile she thought with amusement. "You could work on your insults," she teased.

"Sorry, could you repeat that? I didn't quite catch it.." Aela said gleefully. She leaned in as if trying to hear what he was saying. Her heart beat faster at his words. Ha! He tries to impress me! And he knows I'm smarter than him!. She wondered what they were doing, and if she should be feeling guilty about talking so amicably with a wolf from a rival pack. But they weren't doing any harm, right? She was allowed to talk to them.

Soren tilted his head towards her ears, leaning in as well "WHATD YOU SAY?" he said, louder than he needed to but softly enough that hr wouldnt hurt her ears. He chuckled and gave her a grin "Cant always count on my amazing looks when it comes to smart females, they see through me, which is always pretty bad." He winked at her and swished his tail over, teasingly touching her shoulder.

Aela's eyes widened in surprise at his touch but she didn't move away. With an amused smile, she said "Careful little guy, you'll topple over from the weight of that big head of yours." Pyre's alarm howls rang through the air, Aela's sharp hearing picking them up easily. She stepped backwards towards the treeline behind her, the warmth in her belly quickly freezing into ice. Even though the nature of the howl communicated that there was no threat, Aela was still on edge after the attack especially when her family was involved. Nova wouldn't be able to defend himself if the need arose. "Gotta go, have fun pup sitting!". She couldn't resist throwing Soren a parting smile before disappearing into the trees on her way back to camp.

Her ears flickered around fully as she walked along the border with a slight pep in her step. Her pack would be eating well tonight, she failed to realize her pelt was still covered in elk's blood, though she could careless. To the outside eye it might appear that she slaughtered other wolves and left the blood to show off her deed. She licked at the blood still around her muzzle and relished the taste, Should've grabbed a bite before I left..

Killua was stalking through the forest, his snowy white pelt hidden by the mud he had caked himself in a few hundred yards back. He raised his muzzle to the air, smelling blood, elk blood. If he was lucky he might find an injured straggler to bring back to camp. However, it seemed he wasn't very lucky, as he ended up finding the alpha of the pack he had tricked just months before - seeming cheery only a few yards away.

Lucifer kept her walking along the border, though she smelt wetdog for some reason, she ignored. Her nose twitching the entire way, something seemed.. off all of a sudden. Her ears flickered as her head turned towards where Shadowpack lay, though seen nothing despite the snow making everything stick out. Her mind briefly wandered if Killua rested among the trees, though she pushed the thoughts down. WAY down, he was a traitor, hurt her pack, though she couldn't not think of the male.. She turned her head forwards again, continuing her little peppy walk.

Killua quickly shuffled his pelt into the snow and the wet mud caked off into the white snow, his medium length white fur well hidden. While the forest had stayed moderately without the snow, the borders had not, and blending in would be easier with his fur here. The only thing that didn't match the pure snow was his striking icicle blue eyes. He stalked after Lucifer, thinking of the time he had spent in Duskfall.

Lucifer's ears snapped backwards, paws crunched in the snow behind her, a small smell of something familiar hit her senses under the smell of wet dog. A smile played on her lips though she continued walking, "Long time old friend." She called back, not bothering to look at the wolf behind her, knowing it would bring a rush of memories forwards which she wasn't ready for. Her nose quivered, yep it was who she thought it was...
