Soren smiled at her "That sounds good. I was worried about you being bombarded with questions and being ridiculed." He sighed in relief and continued along the border before branching off a bit inward. Here, there seemed to be shrub land everywhere but straight ahead, where the plains touched the forest on the sunrise side. "Here we are, just through these trees" he murmured, dropping back a bit so she could lead.

(It also sounds like Shadow and Storm with Pharoah being the foster papa *cough dee*)

Aela smiled, liking that he'd been concerned for her. She had been worried that he might leave her, but now she saw that her worries had been for nothing. Once the pups came they'd have to be far more careful and might have to even call off the relationship, but it wouldnt end badly at least. She walked ahead of him, passing between the first few trees.

Personally I loved Stormfur. Picturing a fluffy cat like him I was just like *SNUGGLES*!!!)

Soren smiled as she passed and padded past the trees, watching her reaction. He padded in and sat down before the massive ledge face that lifted the ground up at a wide 115 degree angle, a watefall cascading from the top of it and quietly thrumming into the small pool below, a river running from it leading deeper into Sunrise territory. "Welcome to -what I call- the Hidden Oasis."

(I shipped Stormfur and Squirrelflight so bad! Brook was nice too but she wasnt my favourite character. I had a huge soft spot for Brackenfur. Brackenfur was bae)

Aela stared in wide eyed wonder at the beautiful fall and pool. "This is amazing," she breathed and padded forward until her paws were ankle deep in the water. She was afraid to go further in but just paws deep was fine. The water was chilly on her paws but she didn't care. She looked back at Soren. "How long have you known about this place?"

Soren smiled "Since I was a young apprentice. Kenai and I used to hide out here after running from our mentors. I don't think much of the pack knows about it, it's a little out here." He flicked his tail closet to the middle of sunrise, then at duskfall. It was about as far as you could get from both camps, but still in the border. He grinned and touched her shoulder with his, gently nudging her "It can be our secret place to meet. If you ever need me give me a howl. It's far enough from both camps that it'll be like your in the other pack. To sunrise it will be you in duskfall, and duskfall is far away enough that they won't recognize the howl, or just think your at the border patrolling."

Aela leaned against his shoulder, twining her tail with his "Thats a great idea. It's so peaceful here, like the territories outside don't even exist." She looked up at him "And the same goes for you. If you ever need me just howl and I'll come running, unless I'm on fire on something."

(YES, SHE DIED IN THE BATTLE! *I'm pretty sure it was the battle....it might be the greenhouse though* so the three lose their powers, and like 6 cats from thunderclap died in the battle, and like 5 more died from a bout of greenhouse right after, including sorrel, Fox leap I think, ice cloud and toasted or something like that. A lot of them .-.)

Soren chuckled as she said that and nudged her again "Alright. And if you howl I'll come as soon as I can, like a crazy badger or something." He chuckled and tilted his head "There...is a den...if you want to have them here." He shuffled his paws and gave a shy smile "You can bring your sister and Nova if you want, or if they want, I guess" he chuckled again "But, my point is, I'd love to be there so you aren't alone" he frowned and pressed his face against hers "Well...not alone...but you know what I mean. I'm worried for you. Besides, dusk fall doesn't have a healer, does it? Izusa is a good pup, and Anuket is sweet, she's a good healer. I don't want anything to go wrong."

Aela stepped away, sadness shining in her eyes. "No one can know, Soren." she said in a quiet voice. "Only you, me and Nova. Maybe Pyre. The less who know the better. They must grow up believing they are completely Duskfall. Feeling torn between packs is very painful, I would know. I'm sorry." She sighed and flicked his flank with her tail. "And don't worry about the healer. Pyre and I received training from our mother." She looked back the way they had come. "I'd better be returning before they worry."

Soren furrowed his eyes and nodded "I know. I'm just worried. I know you received training but experience is big, especially with pupping..." he sighed and nuzzled her "I'd never ask them to choose. Or you. Never. I still would like if they were born here, with me to reassure you. I think pupping in duskfall would be fine...but I want to be there. I want to be close to them for just a bit, make sure everything goes alright. If possible, could we do that?"
