Small Adult Sex Changer AdjustmentPlease dont be just Cynics & Critics, be Helpful! 😅

While I have looked into similar post on the matter, I didn't really find anything that is like what I'd be suggesting. If there is a post that is similar, do let me know so that I can make the decision to delete this or attempt to keep it up.
________________________________________________________________
Welcome To My Seminar!
So as we all know the Sex Changers seem pretty simple and easy to use, but there is one thing that bugs me about one of them. Before we get into that let's review these two particular items:
Cub Sex Changer - Use this item on a cub or adolescent between 0 to 23 months of age to change its sex. If the cub or adolescent has a sex-specific mutation, it will be permanently wiped.

Adult Sex Changer - Use this item on an adult lion between 24-36 months of age to change its sex. Must not have bred, hunted, or patrolled. Mutated lions and lions without heritage cannot be sex changed.

I'm sure that this is aggravating to someone of you as well, let's review the last sentence of the Adult Sex Changer: Mutated lions and lions without heritage cannot be sex changed.

Read it again minus one thing: Mutated lions and lions without heritage cannot be sex changed.
Why all Mutations? Why not just restrict the gender specific ones like Smilus or Mane Mutations? Why must all Mutations be restricted to only being Sex Change-able at 0 months to 1 year, 11 months?

What Am I Suggesting?
My Suggestion is to allow the Sex Changing of the non gender specific mutations to be like any other lion, at 2-3 years old with the same rules stated in the items description.
Example Text:
Adult Sex Changer - Use this item on an adult lion between 24-36 months (2-3 years) of age to change its sex. This includes any nonsex-specific mutations. Must not have bred, hunted, or patrolled. Lions without heritage cannot be sex changed.

This would be a relatively small change to allow Mutations that affect both genders like Achromia, Blind, Bobbed Tail, Clawless, Dwarfism, Eyeless, Felis, Folded Ears, Melanism, Primal, Polycaudal, Tailless, Toothless, Overgrown Claws, Overgrown Teeth as well as all Piebalds and Patches to be Sex Changed at 0 months and up to 3 years of age as long as that lion has not been bred, hunted, or patrolled at any time. Sex-specific mutations would not be able to have their sex changed with this adjustment.

Why Am I Making This Suggestion?
Because I often have real life things to attend to and I often forget when mutated lions can be sex changed. I've had to sale/kill/chase/nature preserve very beautiful males that I wanted to keep and change to female but couldn't because of real life and by the time I get the chance/GB to sex change them - it's too late. I'm saying this because I know that someone is bound to say "Just change them when they are Cubs like I do."
Well, there's a problem or two with that. One problem with that statement is that some users my not have that 1 GB to buy the Sex Changer and it takes time to obtain just 1 GB, especially for new users who are still learning the ropes.
Problem Two, real life gets crazy! People have families, kids, pets, jobs that are more of a priority then a game. This means that is very easy to forget teeny tiny details like that which can result in reluctantly getting rid of a Mutie that is no longer of age to be sex changed or to have it just sit and wither away in a users den. I myself have this gorgeous boy that I wanted to sex change and keep, now he'll just wither away as I don't have a use for him and I love him too much to get rid of him. Well, what happened? Real life, my family's small house has a total of six people (including my daughter and I) plus three loving cats living under the same roof. This means that I often get too busy to sit and remember absolutely everything that I need to do on the game. I'm certain that others have just as, if not even more so of a busy life than I do.

Conclusion
I bet that this seems like a very simple suggestion, but I understand that it's easier said than done. It will take time and consideration to see if it is possible to make this adjustment. But just imagine the possibilities! Everyone would have more time to sex change the pretty lions that they adore and wish to keep at all costs! Imagine being able to sex change your beautiful lions at 3 years old rather than the short time span of 1 year, 11 months old! No more lions wasting away due to short sex changing age restrictions! 🎉🎉

No support, sorry. Call me a masochist but I like the no sex changing adult muts. I came in here thinking it was an extension so it cuts off at 4 years, not 3.

It provides a sense of urgency and I feel helps the market. Gives the cubs a specialness to them.

Sol🌈😺(G1Uneven RR) (#132333) - I honestly dont see how it helps the market and give the cubs specialness when most Cubs sit in the TC until they are adults that dont often sell. But thank you for your input. And I'm sorry that you dont see how beneficial this could be, especially for non sex specific AMPs.
Have a nice day.

I support
When I first joined I made the mistake of buying and mutie and buying an adult sex Changer only to find out I waisted my GB
I believe this would be very beneficial and would actually help the market
If implemented that Male folded ears that is over 2 would now be more desired because you would still be able to sex change and any female with say a bobbed tail that the owner held on to until they turned 2 to get the highest price could still be your next king

And even those I can ever remember using an ASC I've also gotten busy with real life and forgot things like that last heat before she was to old and yes even that my king was getting old right up till I got the (you have 12 days left) notification

KalikaRoo31 (#89224) - thank you so much for the support!
I've done the same thing on multiple occasions due to RL. I always think that I have until the turn 2 years old, buy a Adult Sex Changer then realise - it doesn't work, good bye GB, hello disappointment.
I to believe that it would help the market, all of the Muties over 2 years will be able to have a new purpose - we might actually be able to sell them to those whom need them! You've depicted this Suggestion perfectly! Thank you so much for the support!

Support. No reason it shouldn’t be similar to the Cub Sex Changer if you ask me; sex-specific mutations wiped, otherwise works as it does with normal lions. It only makes sense, and it’s more fair.

I honestly dont know why to not support this, i believe they have good reasoning. As we all have had that one lion that was perfect in the other sex, but it was just too late by the time we actually managed to get the sex changer. Meaning you just have a 1 GB item sitting in your hoard for weeks until you find another lion that seemed perfect (Though highly unlikely.).

No support you have 24 rollovers to change a mutated cub's sex that is more than enough time to sex change them.

Snom [Clean G2 Heavy] (#167492) - thanks for your input. I'm sorry that you can't see how beneficial this could be for newer players or for those whom struggle to obtain GB as well as how beneficial it could be for AMP lions.

@ Snom [Clean G2Heavy] (#167492) - What about people who buy lions when they're not put up for sale until they're adults? They don't get 24 rollovers.

That is a great point. They are many whom only sell Muties when they are adults. I personally sell AMPs when they are adults, all others are Cubs that sit in the TC until they are adults then usually have to be killed off. :/ timbergray does have a very valid point.

As someone that keeps AMPs until 2, nope. Buyers do not get 24 rollovers. They get none.

I want to know if my AMP is OG teeth or claws before I sell it.

I very recently (more like today), bought a male dwarf without knowing I couldn’t sex change it because I had only ever had cub changers. So now I have a poor dwarf with nothing to do with him. In rare situations like that, or with people struggling with time, this change would be amazing.

But male amp cubs mutations are not as valuable them being OG claws, teeth or maneless. Its usually not worth it to sex change them if they're male.

As for visible mutations its on the buyer to check if they are under 2 years which is a very quick check to do.

For those struggling with time you don't need to RO every day and save up the SB needed to buy a cub sex changer when they do have time.
