It wasnt rare for members of Scorpius Nephthys’ pride to leave, she pushed for it, actually, calling over queen and kings alike to see if they’d be interested in taking in one of her lioness from across the waterhole. But this was, well, extreme. She trodded around, calling out for all attention to her as her few permanent pride members followed behind her, in a huddle and equally as excited.  0 players like this post! Like? Oh dear, I hope you're doing alright. As everyone has said, there's no need to apologize and no hurry. You definitely don't have to respond. I'm going to do one or two meaningless RP sentences because I'll feel wrong if I don't :) Mesa Red, on her last few months of pregnancy, wasn't there today. Instead it was another lioness, this one golden-furred and speckled. She spent some time playing with Horizon and eventually left. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Harvest seems very very tired, but gives Oil the best head butt she can, muttering a soft thank you to him. Horizon waves him off with a loud giggle before running off to go bother her other mom! Horizon seems sad Mesa red isn’t there, and asks the lioness to tell her she wishes her cubs are the bestest! that concludes day 6 everyone! Thank you so much for being so patient, not to be like stupid sad or sound silly but everything’s better now, and everyone’s (mostly) okay! Your tickets have all been counted! I’ve updated the prompt for today. And I’m gonna take one more easy day just to make sure everything’s all good, if you would like to not write a response today you absolutely do not have to, tomorrow I’ll ask for entries again, However I do love this prompt lol. 0 players like this post! Keii tilts his head to the ground, uncomfortable. "Oh. Dirt." The broodmother of Keii's pack, Scoria chuckles. "Keii was never too fond of anything that was near dirty. Quite the germaphobic, if you ask me." With saying that, she leaves to go confront the small lion. "Hello, young cub. I am Scoria, Keii's pack broodmother. Its truly a pleasure meeting you, small child of the rainbow." She crouches, looking down at Horizon. "Keii dislikes dirt and germs apparently, so he decided to stay back while I greet you for today." Keii stays put, sitting down and grooming himself while observing the two lionesses out of the corner of his eye. "It was an honor meeting you." She flashes a friendly smile. Her old age was obviously doing a toll on her, however she was stubborn enough to ignore it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Alyr approached the area once more, two older cubs playing around his paws while another two adolescents trailed behind him. It's hard to see the adolescents, caught up in a debate, but it's clear one of them is Carly, almost a full-grown lioness. One of the cubs pauses for a moment, his silvery fur shining. It was Bandit, back again. Upon noticing where they were, Carly raises her head, clearly searching for Horizon. As soon as she spots her, she gestures to the other adolescent. The two cross the clearing, weaving between other lions to make it to their destination. When they make it over, Carly makes herself known to the cub and introduces the shyer lion, Styx. She explains that they had both been adopted from other prides, and offers to help her dig. Alyr greets Nephthys, the cubs taking turns tugging at his tail. "I've brought most of my young ones here today, though Carly is going to be a grown lioness any day now. These other two are about to stop being cubs themselves, though they refuse to act like it." A bit of irritation enters his voice, but his tone becomes softer as he tells the cubs to go join their older pridemates. "I'm glad to hear about the other two cubs. Sir Floofypaws mewed a hello to Nephthys before scampering over to Horizon. “Hello, again, you little burrower!” He teased, but not in a way to hurt her feelings. Floofy watched as she kept digging until she was quite deep. Then, she leapt out with a gem, looking proud. He nodded at her happily and began digging too, keeping a pile of dirt next to him to cover it up. They had fun uncovering gems for a bit, but then another lion began to come, so he said a quick goodbye to Horizon, covered his holes, and ran back towards Nephthys. “Bye, Nephthys!” He dipped his head and trotted off towards his pride. 0 players like this post! N’Kai brought an adolescent with him today, although he regretted it. The Sassy Demiurge padded in with a smug look on her face, showing off her special coat to everyone around. she spotted Horizon digging in the dirt, although she didnt know this cub, she had heard of her. she heard that Horizon was much more special than her, and she believed it to be true NOW, after seeing her. The Sassy Demiurge ran over to help dig, happy to have a fellow digger to play with. after they dug for a while, N’Kai had to carry his primal companion home, which was a struggle, being a primal makes her heavy. Oil waves goodbye and walks over to where the dirt is flying up into the air, hitting some unsuspecting lions walking past. Realizing its Horizon, he challenges her to a dig battle to see who can dig a 5ft hole the fastest. They do multiple challenges, leaving them dirt covered by the end of the day. Washing off in the waterhole, he comes up and says a goodbye yo Queen Nephthys, wishing her a great day. A happy but exhausted-looking Mesa showed up today, four tiny mewling cubs clinging to her back. All girls, they bore a significant resemblance to her, all red with white specks like her. They gazed out at the other lions in newborn wonderment, two with bright red eyes, two with grey-blue. Mesa tended to them, tucking them in and making sure they didn't fall, and William padded after her, looking rather less nervous than last time. He helped Mesa with the cubs, looking at them with the affection of a father despite the fact that Mesa had already told Nephthys that the father was their king. Mesa greeted Nepththys cheerfully as her cubs wriggled about like little worms. "Good morning, Nephthys!" she said, and William echoed her. "I'm only too glad to come around here. To be honest . . . our pride isn't the cheeriest place. It's nice to be surrounded by so many happy lions." She grinned and flicked her ear. "These are my cubs, by the way. Sweet wanted me to stay home today, but I just had to come, so I brought them with me." "Harvest isn't here, huh?" asked Will, looking around. "It doesn't matter, as long as Horizon is," Mesa interrupted him. "And the other little cubs, I'm sure they'll be wonderful." She turned to look at Horizon flinging dirt into the sky and nodded to Nephthys before moving towards her. Will sat awkwardly again, though he seemed to be enjoying himself more. Mesa didn't have much energy still, but her cubs were very curious. "This is Horizon," she introduced them, though of course they were too young to even understand what she was saying. "Horizon, these are my little girls. They've come to watch your excellent digging. Maybe you can find a gemstone for us?" She waited for Horizon to dig one up and showed it to her cubs, who looked it with big, curious eyes. For a while they were content to be near the other lions, but soon enough they started getting hungry and cranky. "Time for us to go, I think," Mesa said, rising to her feet. "Thank you for the gems, Horizon! I think your pride would like to keep them. We'll be back soon! Have a wonderful day, sweetie." (Sorry, it's a long one again. Nightmare came running in the cave giving Harvest a hug before diving into the hole horizon was in helping her dig up jems. Zodiac walked in after Nightmare chuckling softly a bit tired laying a but away from harvest as to nit up set her like she did last time with her presence,” Good afternoon Queen Nephthys And lady Harvest i hope it hasn’t been to stressful with all the visitors..” After hearing Zodiacs voice horizon hopped back out the hole and ran over to her excitedly,” Nice to see you again little warrior! I hope you have been well while i was gone!” She chuckled giving horizon a gentle hug. Nightmare popped their head out the hole before climbing out and running over to harvest giving her a jem they found looking proud of themself,” I found you a shiny thing to match your pretty fur!” They grinned before running over to horizon to play before they had to leave. An hour later…. Bending down zodiac picked up Nightmare and set them on her back,” I look forward to being able to see your new blessings Your highness whenever your able to bring them..”giving a bow to them and a goodbye hug to horizon she left for home. 0 players like this post!
