Welcome to Athena's Adoption Center!
 We (the broodmothers) take in and adopt out unwanted babies! RULES: 1. DO NOT adopt if the plan is to chase/kill/sell or otherwise. *When adopting, please use NAMES in the RP response, and then put the links at the end. Using links in place of names makes it hard to read, but it helps me keep them in order if you include a link at the end. **BROODMOTHERS ARE NOT ADOPTABLE. Cipriana is nervous at first sight of the giant primal, but quickly loses that apprehension. Athena speaks again, "take good care of her for us. A bobbed tailed lioness shook her mane , eyeing her surroundings as she entered the den of Athena's Adoption Centre . Taking a deep breath as she spoke lightly ; " Hello there , i'm here to drop off Two cubs , They're in need of a home and i'm sure this will be the perfect place for them . " Strutting forward as she paw'd the two in front of herself. One snarky ; one kind. Yet they seemed to get on well with each other. Smiling at the lioness and the two small cubs, Athena nodded. Kneeling down, she looked each cub in the face before giving them both a gentle lick. "Thank you for the little ones, and for the gifts. Now, Peach? Take one to the others." A tan lioness came and grabbed one cub, while Athena grabbed the other. Apopis approached the den warily, prancing at his side a heavily pregnant Marbledsun. "Must we take one my dear, I mean I'm not sure-" "Nonsense," Marbledsun shut the other down with a swish of her tail. "He will bring us great treasures, you know we will need one once you have retired and your heir takes over." Apopis sighed knowing the lioness was right, and the two took the final steps towards the cave. "Um, ah... Hello? CloudStar entered the den and sat there for a while, looking at the playing lions. Finaly he stood up and said nervously: "I have some space in my pride and I decided to adopt a cub and give them a place to live. May I take that pink-eyed lion with me? Their name's Dorian I think. A brightly glowing Lioness stepped into the Clearing, it happened to be Speck The Goddess herself! Speck had a Small cub hiding under her, his name was Cream the Quiet, Speck stood tall as Athena padded over, her voice was calm and had a soothing tone to it "Hello Athena, I am Speck, The Guardian of all in Asahi's pride, I have Brought Cream the Quiet here as Jua, the heir had forced me to get rid of him, will you take him in..?" The Goddess was Heart broken as she saw Cream as one of her own children, Cream the Quiet's tail flicked as she whispered up to Speck "Do I really have to go..?" Speck nodded sadly and nudged Cream the Quiet to Athena before turning and padding away, her head hung low in sorrow a she took one more glance back before leaving "Speck! don't go!" Hello all, unfortunately Athena passed away today. Peach Butterfly is now the head broodmother and you will speak to her about adoptions and drop offs. On the roleplay forum, you can still speak to Athena until next rollover and after that I will make up some plot reasons for why she can’t be there anymore so the roleplay will not end. 0 players like this post! Epaphus couldn't help up wander towards the sound of cubs. He smiled as he saw many playing in a cave, broodmothers looking after them all. A lovely lioness, Peach Butterfly she said her name was, approached and informed Epaphus that this was an adoption center. Oh how lovely! He could take one home?! "Please, the little male there... Simba I believe. I could give him a wonderful home in my pride." The large male smiled kindly toward the Cub he'd pointed out. An unassuming lioness, unadorned and blind in her right eye, was pulled towards the sound of laughing cubs by her own long-fanged baby, Carny, cooing to play with the only cubs her age she'd ever met. The lioness, Claque, tilted her head towards Peach Butterfly, asking permission for her cub to play with the others without saying anything. Carny quickly found a playmate, perhaps a bit older than her but kindhearted enough to pretend to be an elephant and "trample" Carny under her feet. Waiting for her cub to finish playing, Claque inquired about the nature of this adoption center. Her pride is very small, she says, and most lionesses who pass through aren't interested in staying. Eventually Carny makes a sudden 180 in mood and starts crying, and Claque figures it's about time to go. But before she does . . .
