Backstory: Petra spent most, almost all of her youngest years alone, waiting to be brought into a pride, as she had been quickly abandoned, and nearly killed, by her past pride. As more years passed, however, she began losing hope and soon completely gave up on finding a family, growing agitated at the mention of finding family, or even growing close to anyone at all. Upon growing to an age where she had to fend for herself, she was finally taken in by a pride. She only talked to others when deemed necessary, and prided herself on her exceptional fighting skills, especially enjoying defeating others in battle, even more enjoying ruining others, be it mentally, physically, or emotionally. She fought for herself only, but grew the attention of her pride. She was always praised for her strengths, as she quickly climbed her pride’s ranks, she grew loyal to the pride’s king, and would easily protect him with all she had, and blindly followed his, along with others who ruled over her, orders. The closest thing she had experienced to love, was her loyalty, that was what she deemed as love, and saw the king as her savior, and saw anyone who tried to go against him as enemies that needed to be brought down. She only grew close to very little, and continues her reserved nature for as long as she was in the pride, speaking out little unless she had to.

Personality: Extremely loyal, brutal, cold blooded, rude, cold, only loyal to those who others or herself deem strong or admirable, never fully trusting anybody she doesn’t know very well or very long for. Along with this, she is easily annoyed, growing agitated with people who are “ weaker “ then her, due to the fact so many lions used to cower at her feet.

Other: Has grown use to the smell of death, and is not easily disgusted by smells or horrific sights. She takes something from high ranking people she has either defeated or killed, usually something they were wearing, a bone, or had on them, and takes little pride in wearing them, but more in the fear people feel towards her as they see and recognize all her trophies.

Born and raised in Sunbaked, CutThroat has always looked up to Hyena and Petra as role models. CutThroat claims that she earned her name after killing a rogue that was about to attack Harbinger while she was shadowing him during her apprenticeship. No one knows if this is true and Harbinger just smiles and shrugs if you ask him.

Decor: Flower lily crown, and white flowers draped loosely over her back to her legs, attached by a clear string, clear crystal earrings hanging from her ears, a small clear crystal necklace lays tightly on her neck.

Backstory: Adora was born into lushpelt, and although shunned by others by the slight deformity she had, she continued being kind to others. When she was young, she enjoyed helping her youngest siblings, and when she grew older, she enjoyed watching over and protecting them. She stayed by the cubs sides, never leaving them, causing her to have never adventured outside of her pride before. She became brood mother when the position was open, becoming even more protective over her cubs.

Personality: Motherly, protective, kind, caring. Although kind, she can easily switch if her cubs are either put in danger, or in a dangerous position, accepting of all lions and lionesses.

Backstory:
Soft Paw was born into a different pride, but was expelled due to her 'uselessness' from her lack of claws. She wandered for a long while, constantly suffering through false pregnancies and longing for a family to call her own. Eventually, she wound up near Sunbaked borders prior to it becoming the wasteland it is today. She was welcomed with open paws and doted on by Coy Fish, immediately given the rank as denmother when he noticed how good she was with the cubs.

She has always been a bit weirded out with how it seems the pride only has mutated cubs, but she figures it must have something to do with land or diet of the lionesses. She has never had to eat lion meat and is unaware that this is a practice within the pride, though she does know that many lions are killed for trespassing and threatening to hurt the cubs of Sunbaked.

Soft Paw always has more cubs than she can handle, since she can't stand to see one left alone for even a second. It annoys the other denmothers, but there is nothing they can do about it. The clawless lioness' false pregnancies have come in handy however, as she is one of the few able to nurse cubs practically all year round. She is unsure how to feel when she is congratulated for this fact.

Personality:
Soft spoken and naive, she is an extrememly motherly lioness and will give everything she has to help others. She doesn't know when to call it quits and believes everything she is told...until she saw Coy brutalize a random lioness she had never seen before.

Backstory:
Born to a primal lioness in Sunbaked, Dove was taken away from her mother before she could even open her eyes. She was thrown into the Wastes Den when the falcon confirmed that she had no mutations, chirping as if it had been a joyous announcements. Dove was without a name for the first day of her life, unwanted by even her own mother who was under the impression that the cub had been sickly and contagious, so Coy took her to put her out of her misery and keep the rest of the pride safe. Moogly cared for the cub, along with many others, as best she could. When the cub finally opened her eyes and mewled- Moogly had thought it was a dove cooing at first. It was how Moogly came up with the name for the little cub- Moonlit Dove.

Dove was never chosen by other kings or queens. They seemed to always miss her, eyes skipping to a weaker or stronger sibling, but never landing on her. She told herself that it was fine, that all she needed was her mother Moogly, but deep down she felt unwanted as she watched all of her denmates be stolen away by others far kinder than her own pride. Moogly did her best to cheer up the cub, but it never stuck for long as Coy always showed up. Dove had seen many of her denmates slaughtered for the simple act of moving when Coy was in a mood. She watched Moogly be beaten to the brink of death more times than she cared to count. And had done her best to care for the cubs while Moogly was too sick or injured to do it herself.

When Moogly was murdered and her corpse thrown back into the den, as if a final taunt to the elderly denmother from Coy Fish, she very nearly snapped and charged the Smilus. Instead, she held back and comforted the cubs best she could. She got them to work together trying to bury the body with stones that they broke from the walls and dug from the ground. Even as Moogly began to decay, the smell just blended right in.

Now, Moonlit Dove longs to escape this cesspit of hate, but she feels like it would be a slight to Moogly if she left the cubs behind.

Personality:
Strong-willed, hard-headed, sly, distrusting, pessimistic, wary, she doesn't understand sarcasm or jokes. Everything is literal to her.

Backstory: Angel was born into Lushpelt, her mutation hidden by her brood mother, Adora, as Adora did not want her to go through the shame and embarrassment of having been born with a mutation. When Angel’s mutation was found out, Adora protected Angel from the hatred towards her as much she could. When she reached two years of age, Adora helped her and the other mutated cubs escape from the pride, scared of what would happen if Casta caught a hold of them. This backstory applies to the rest of the mutated cubs backstories.

Other: She has a mischievous and kind personality, usually playing harmless pranks on her fellow cubs, making jokes that always makes others laugh.

Other: He doesn’t like people in general, usual rude to most, especially despising Mellow, although he seems to have an odd kinship with the lioness. Since he has been brought to the pride by Adora, he has looked up her to and seems to idolize her, she has a large influence over him. He seems rude and cold, and truly is that way. He is not very fond of people in general, and doesn’t feel like pretending otherwise.

Backstory: Daven was born to a lioness, who then gave him to Adora to take care of, he then grew very close to her, and she was seen as much more of a parental figure then his real mother had been to him, although he had never began to hate his biological mother. He loved Adora more then anyone else, and continues to love her as a son would, as he sees her as nothing less nor more then a mother.

Rank wanted: A healer or nurse, but a den father would be fine with him, too. He wants to find a tank that will let him help and watch over others.

Personality:
A very kind and light-hearted person, and seems to as well be very anxious. Due to his past, he is very anxious, letting others both talk and walk over him. He sticks to Talon’s side, deciding to push himself away from Adora, as he no longer wanted to annoy her, even if he were merely talking to her, he would feel guilty.
