This doesn't make sense; there are no tigers found anywhere in the game whatsoever. Not even in the sense of realism, but there are no tigers for this to actually come from.

It's a really creative idea, and I love the examples you've done, but no support I'm afraid for this :C

Support, even though it's a bit "out there."
While they may not be naturally occurring, Ligers actually can and do exist (moreso than a Maroon lion with panther spots), so it's far more plausible in my mind and that throws any arguments for pure realism out the window.

@Gin normally I would agree with you on that, but here's my thing. Colors like maltese can crop in cubs that have NO maltese in their lineage. If we were to add gang green lions ,(just going with an example) just because some people want them, other folks who dont want them will still have a chance at being stuck with them regardless, because this game isnt controlled by genetics.

And for anyone who says 'oh well than you can just chase or change the base' UM NO. Because I'm not going to spend time and money breeding my lions and getting stuck with cubs I'm not going to benefit from having on any level. Or go changing their base for money. Or wasting food resources to keep a cub like that long enough to sell it to someone who likes it. That's way more trouble than its worth to have something like that in game.

I have to say no support. If the markings are this detailed and cover the whole body, then you will get tigers and not lions...

Maybe some very light opacity markings on the back and tail would be neat, like the panther markings. But anything this much covering the lion's body and at this opacity is.... too much.

I know we have panther, but it is extremely subtle, light marking. Unlike this.

I love this. Seriously, it's awesome. And honestly, at least it's a realistic marking seen on other big cats. There are a lot of markings on here that have never been actually seen on a real life big cat, so honestly this isn't that unrealistic, also considering ligers and tigons do exist.

Plus, for people saying "Lions don't have tiger stripes"... they don't have leopard spots or maroon/lilac backs, either. And since when did a lion have an onyx back and three+ colored mane? Leg/tail banding, especially Onyx, has never been seen on a real lion before either.

So really, tiger stripes aren't much worse. xD
