Backstory
Born as the bastard child of a love affair between a distant alpha male and a loner, Acies grew up without much of a family dynamic. Still, his mother worked hard to make sure he and his siblings had manners, and they were the best of the best. His strength, as it turned out, was stealth. He learned to move in almost perfect silence, to see and not be seen, to kill, and not be killed. His mother, despite her training, was good to them, and Acies never wanted for food or attention. He and his three litter mates grew to formidable sizes, the blood of an alpha coursing through their veins. At two, Acies left, a clear goal in mind: find a mate and start a pack. As he traveled, keeping himself well rested and well fed, he began to doubt his goal. Maybe he wouldn't be able to find a mate. So, he settled. He found Skyclan, and joined their ranks as a simple hunter. His stalking capabilities did not go unnoticed, and in less than a year Acies moved from hunter, to scout, to lead scout.

Appearance
Acies has a cruel, hard, formidable stare, and that, coupled with his size, often lead others to believe he is a heartless, vicious creature. He stands at about thirty inches, and most of his weight is lean muscle, preventing him from truly filling a space. He tips the scales at only one hundred and ten pounds, rather light for his height. His build is perfect for the stealth he so values, and the running he so enjoys. The vast majority of his muscle is in his shoulders and haunches, built up from spending much of his time close to the ground, stalking his prey. In sharp contrast to his size, his paws are actually comically small. His coat hangs loosely from his thin frame, making it difficult to discern his weight from sight alone.

Acies' muzzle is smudged a reddish brown, leading down to an inky black nose, lips, and whiskers. His chin, throat, and underbelly are white, with a darker cream creeping up his sides, and a clay colored hue enveloping the outsides of his legs. His guard hairs are a mottled black and brown, producing a pattern that hearkens to the quills of a porcupine The same pattern dances across his broad forehead. The backs of his ears are colored with more brown than black, and they are constantly in motion. Smeared across his narrow, cream colored chest is a rusty hue, almost over his heart. He likes to joke it's because he was given a special, extra large heart. All the more to love you with.

Personality
Acies is the first wolf to look for the good in another. Despite their past, he will find a flame of kindness, no matter how small, and stoke it. He likes to think he's a friend to all. He is a near silent walker, and has a tendency to surprise pack mates without meaning to. He's just too good at his job, as he likes to joke. He does love a good laugh. If he could have, Acies would have dedicated his life to sowing smiles like grass seed in spring. But the silent life of a spy was his calling. His small size leaves him at a disadvantage during a battle, so he quickly learned the art of nimble feet and unseen movement. You can't fight what you can't see, as he says. But if he was caught in an engagement, Acies would be forced to rely on his stamina to outlast the other wolf, and to try to avoid as many blows as possible. And, at the first chance, to escape. The life of a spy is a silent one, not a violent one.

Acies is obedient and eager to please, but he has his morals, and he's not against refusing a mission. Acies is a graceful, proud wolf, with a soft side and a warm smile. He has the manners of royalty. He is comfortable in any social situation, and a true diplomat. Speaking is easy for him, and he's fantastic at addressing large numbers of wolves. The treatment of his pack and other wolves is a huge issue for him, as he believes the best side of any beast can be brought out with kindness, and he will always stick to that value. The protectiveness towards his pack at any cost stems from a paternal side of him, but he'll use the blood and fire of royalty to keep them safe however he can. Aside from that, this wolf is a sweet, kind, and gentle creature, with an air of confidence about him and a contagious disease called happiness.
