Trying for several lionesses,
First up, Storm
It was a dark and stormy day during the wet season, thunder rumbled and lighting lit up the sky when Storm was born. As a result, she was given her name, Storm, after the thunderstorm that was happening during her birth. Growing up, Storm was the silent type, often keeping to herself when she could. Roughhousing wasn't her thing but she loved to explore, especially if she could find feathers and other interesting items to play with. However she wanted to help provide for her pride when she got bigger. So she eagerly followed the lionesses of her pride, watching them hunt in silence, hoping to join them as soon as she could. As she grew older, she got wiser, larger and stronger. She finally went on her first hunt as a lioness, a storm was brewing in the sky above as thunder rumbled overhead. However she wasn't scared or startled by the thunder as it had greeted her into the world. She silently crept up on a herd of wildebeasts and picked out of the herd, her target, a sickly looking old wildebeast. (Will add more but I need to sleep first.)

Trying for Confident Trophy& his mother.

The bronze male roared, his thick mane flying around him. He threw himself back into the battle, tearing black claws down the faces and throats of the enemy. He snarled, whipping around when he felt a lion bump into him. When he looked he saw one of the maned lioness that populated his pride, rearing beside him. He growled again, ripping his claws down the spine of a sleek silver lioness as the enemy neared. Tearing up again, he slammed his paws down onto a writhing Xanthic lioness, growling softly. He lifted his paws when he saw the lioness was his mother, spitting defiance

Sunlight dimmed out on the distant horizon. A majestic lioness sat on a slate, gazing into the distance, her mottled pelt rippling with muscle. She feels lonely. She wants a pride, she NEEDS a pride. She was one of the rare lions with leopard in her blood. She don't understand why no king lay eyes on her. Perhaps because she's a bit....old?

Suddenly, but surely, she heard paw steps. Faraway paw steps, coming her way. She quickly groomed herself, making herself look absolutely the best for whoever was coming her way. When the figure neared, her eyes widened. It's a handsome young king, accompanied by a powerful primal submale and a patrol of healthy, strong lionesses by their side. She longs to join their pride. She longs to be a part of them. She longs to be loved again.

(sorry if this is a bit dramatic... )
