Oviyans ears perked, he and heard a yell. “I’ll uh... I’ll be back.” He dipped his head at the two lions and stood, being careful not to step on any tails as he left in the direction of the yell. Once he approached the source of the sound he cocked his head at the itching lion. “You allright there xanthe?” He asked as he sat a little ways away.

"Ahh,yeah,im okay." Xanthe said,poking a claw into his ear. His eyes widened when he heard snap. He removed the bug from his ear. "A bug problem. Theyve been invading my sleeping rocks but the rocks are to warm to move." Xanthe grinned as he popped the crunchy bug in his mouth.

“The bugs have been rather bothersome this year,” the young king spoke, smiling at the fellow lion. He stifled a shiver at the sound of the bug crunching, he never liked the taste of bug. “If I remember correctly, there’s a type of plant that deters bugs.” He thought, tapping a claw on a nearby stone as he tried to remember. His eyes lit up suddenly as he could recall the plant, “it’s called sweet fern I believe,”

Wheres it found"? Xanthe asked,crunching on the juicy fly. "I dont need these bugs here,and i need to eat a real breakfeast sometime" he swallowed the bug and sat up as neatly as he could,although he probably looked like a derp anyway. He would go and find sweet fern,and rubb it all over himself and his pile of warm sleeping rocks.

Spike padded to the lake. He had been awake since the break of dawn,and he had been patrolling his territory. Suddenly,he paused as he saw a lioness in the lake. Ohhh,pretty. He sat down and fluffed out his gorgeous mane and he groomed his claws. He hoped the lioness would see him.

“Last time I saw one was down by the hunting grounds, they like moist soil so I’d check near the watering hole.” Oviyan offered, gesturing in the direction of the hunting grounds. “Since everyone seems to be doing there own thing today, Id like to come along. I want to see if I can get some to grow around the main den.” Oviyan stood and shook his pelt of dirt.

Krishma wandered the lands near her prides territory. She was looking for gems, specifically quartz. Singing a soft melody to herself the lioness swayed to the beat of her song, her tail swishing over the dirt to uncover the delicate stones. She had been in the same field for hours now, searching the area throughly. Picking up a particularly colorful stone she sat to admire it for a second, tracing the gem with her eyes, she attempted to identify it. It was similar to quartz, but harder and clearer, lacking the cracks that quartz usually had. The tiny gem casted tiny rainbows of reflected light all over her paw. She continued to marvel at her find with wide eyes, very focused on the stone.

Aphid was sitting in the den,alone. She walked over to the pile of bones,but spike had licked them clean last night. Now she didnt even know where her adoptive father went! Father had told her to stay in the den,but how cound she do that when there were no more toys here? Maybe she should go exploring. Maybe spy on the pride to get a taste of what the prides campground looked like. That was perfect. Aphid exited the den,and emerged into the warm sunlight.

Sochi quietly walked on the grounds floor as he listened to the sounds of the animals and his foot steps. He gently held the cub in his mouth as she hung from the nap of the neck like a lioness who was carrying her cub, he was carrying her like that.

Hana didn't make a sound as Sochi carried her, she didn't wiggle or try to break free as she didn't mind being picked up as it was easier on her. Her eyes wandered around as she takes in the scenery of her surroundings.

Stashing the brilliant gem in her herb pouch the lioness stood, she could feel a prickling sensation in the base of her spine. Krishma sighed as she knew what this meant. “ I will meet a lion carrying a heavy burden today.” She whispered, translating the message into normal speak. She looked around knowing that she must find her next clue. The black and whit lioness spotted what looked like a fox kit playing alone on a nearby tree stump. She cocked her head,, slightly confused. But nevertheless she listened to what the spirits told her and began walking, in no specific direction but she was certain that her paws would take her where she needed to go.

salem slowly woke up feeling dazed the others lioness where nowhere in sight she got up and slowly wobbled and hobbled her way back to the pridelands she was in alot of pain when she got to their borders she collapsed again her vision going back into darkness
