Irene

Soft pants escaped past her parted lips, pale skin glistening with a slight sheen of sweat as she continued to jog through the forest, the hours and miles blurring together the farther she traveled. Irene halted her steps for a breif moment, planting her hands on her thighs as she attempted to control her breathing. Turning her golden gaze towards the soft dirt laid out before her, she was pleased to notice the tracks she has been following seemed to be extreamly fresh, meaning she was not lagging for behind now. Tilting her head slightly upwards, she cautiously scented the air, registering the unique sents of many hybrids grouped together. The scent was immensly strong, so she figured she was perhaps a few minutes away from their location if she kept up the brisk pace.

Shifting her wings gently, she winced at the pain that spiked through them, even the slightest movement aggrivating the numerous injuries she had aquired from leaping through a window. Not her most brilliant move, though it had resulted in her escape, which made the fact she was grounded much more bearable. Finally having caught her breath again, she returned to her previous jog, nervousness and discomfort fluttering in her stomach as she neared the fast approaching group, not sure if they would accept or reject her. It was a big gamble, but what other choice did she have? After bursting through that window she had bolted towards cover, licking her wounds for most of the day before daring to study her surroundings, finding stale tracks belonging to other hybrids and decided to follow them. It was better than just sitting around doing nothing, and her efforts were definitely rewarded as she could now hear the sounds of many voices, her sensitive ears perking as she slowed to a walk, her heart leaping into her throat as she curiously moved forwards. Planting herself behind the safety of an enormus tree , she cautiously peeked out, golden eyes widening as she finally saw the group she had been trailing for so long.

Alula
When he had patted the ground next to him she gave a instant sigh of relief. Alula shifted to sit next to him, close enough to feel safe, but not enough to intrude the 'personal space' bubble. "Thank you..." it was a quiet mumble, would've been hard to hear for most, but with the group being hybrids...she wasn't so sure. Then she looked up, and gave him a small toothy smile to return the one he had given her before speaking again. "Your..Kyle? Correct? I mean iv seen you and...uh I hear things im not supposed to but I cant be sure unless I ask.."

Sly

Sly had been with the group since the brake out, he was getting pretty aggravated about all the movement they’d done lately, but at least now they were resting. He had found himself a large tree and plonked himself down under it. His large goat-like legs stretched out before him, for now he would rest. He parted his large jaws to let out a silent yawn before quickly snapping them shut again, ‘This sucks, there’s not even any food to eat here.’ He thought to himself as he silently observed the other hybrids with his murky- green eyes. –Short, sorry!-

Aspen snickered when Ahren started about being hungry. The lioness was never full. Spotting some dark bumps in the distance, she wondered what they could be. Figuring they were hills, the girl said nothing.

(Gonna be off and on tonight. Not as quick to reply but I will be role playing tonight and working on the coding for the OOC thread. If possible, could you post on that thread a quick 1-2 sentence summary of your characters appearance so I could make the character list nice? Also, I only play Lioden through my phone so all post will be autocorrected by my phone so sometimes things get a tad wonky. Please over look these typos as if it is a really bad typo I try to fix it once I notice it! :) )

Kyle

The cheetah hybrid watch the other feline hybrid sit down. She seemed awfully shy, something that will surely change the longer they are off on their own. Surely this will harden her and allow her to form strong familial bonds with most of the hybrids here. When she smiled at him, he couldn't help but give her his own fanged smile. She seemed so innocent and sweet.

"Yeah, I'm Kyle. You're Alula, right?" He knew, of course, but he wanted to seem friendly.

Ahren

Ahren sighed and gave up thinking about food. She looked ahead and saw something off in the distance. She narrowed her eyes as she tried to figure out exactly what they were. "Hey, what are those?" She pointed ahead at the now slightly more visible shapes. (That was so short and I am Soooo sorry! ;-; )

Araia

Araia look at Blake then back at the group, was this necessary? Should she abandon the group or should she go with him? In an utter torment between trust and loyalty Araia decided to go with him. She grabbed a hold of his hand and got back up onto her feet. "Yeah, sure. Lets hope they'll have medicine there" she said with a smile.

Arye was being silent as usual, Waiting for a majority to pick a side. He quickly adjusted the paled scarf wrapped around his neck and stood thre more quiet than he originally was.

Irene

Taking a moment to observe the group of people before her golden gaze, Irene had a bit of difficulty shaking off her delight at seeing so many individuals like herself, having been kept in isolation for as long as she could remember and only having brief contact with select few other hybrids. Shaking her head slightly, causing locks of her long ebony hair to fall into her face, she shook off her awestruck expression. Perhaps she could casually stoll in and act as if she had been there the whole time, it may be a risky gamble but she could see no other choice without bringing too much attention to her presence.

Taking a deep breath to calm her pounding heart, she catiously stepped out from behind the giant tree, her onyx tail swishing nervously against her legs and wings, letting out a relieved sigh when there was no obvious reaction to her appearence. She seemed to be in the clear, so she decided to search for a spot to sit down, out of the way as to not draw the eye of the others. A soft noise behind her caused her to freeze, aperentally having neglected to notice the presence that had been lounging against the very tree she had been concealed behind. Slowly shifting her wolflike eyes to the unknown person, she was startled to see it was a young male with a reptilian head and goat-like legs. Knowing there was no way to hide the fact she was practically sneaking in, she lifted her hand and gave him an awkward wave, a sheepish smile working its way onto her lips. "Ummmm... hi there" she greeted softly, no other words coming to mind as she carefully watched his reaction.

Alula
"Mmhmm" she nodded her head at his question, ears twitching and a piece of her wild hair falling into her face. She extended a claw from her hand-paw and because to draw pictures in the mud, mostly in the left side of her vision. "Hey Kyle...d-do you think we'll survive out here?" she didn't look at him while she asked this and though her voice sounded like it was cracking her face was emotionless.

Arye

Remaining quiet, He stared at everyone else before him. They all had come from the lab which he thought was deserted, It shocked him. Trying to remain calm, And not let anyone know of the sickness he had gotten on the way, He covered his mouth and nose with his scarf, making sure they didn't see his frown before that.

He sighed quietly, Everyone there had seemed to get along well. While he was just there, Standing and waiting. He's overheard that they were even able to interact with some others before they had escaped, While he had remained in a dark room for most of the year.
