After The War - Role Play ThreadIntroductionIt is now the year 2080, around 10 years after the invasion. They came out of nowhere, invaded Earth, attacked all the living things on our planet, and destroyed the moon. We called them "The Ravagers". It took long years of war to drive them out, but only after significant damage to our side. A large population of the life forms on Earth have been wiped out. Almost nothing can grow on Earth anymore and it is a struggle to survive for the remaining humans. Food and fresh water is hard to come by and many buildings we'd try use for shelter have crumbled away into nothing. The destruction of the moon has affected the Earth with significant changes; debris of the moon have crashed down and destroyed many things causing giant craters to form in the ground, eclipses no longer exist, there are only small tides from the larger bodies of water, and the seasons no longer exist making the Earth have a humid climate while making rain scarce. Our technology had advanced during the years of the war and the human survivors have now scavenged whatever they could get. Weapons have become more dangerous and digital tech has become more useful. Technology is scarce and not everyone would have been able to get their hands on it. However, technology does not guarantee a person's survival. Almost nothing will grow and fresh water is not something you can get easily. Will the survivors fight over the remains or will they perish on the now unrecognizable planet we called home? They need to choose quickly because the Ravagers may not have left the planet... Rules- Follow ALL rules on Lioden! This is an on-site role play! (Official LD Rules HERE) - Romance, Drama, Violence, etc. is allowed but all Lioden players are 16 years or older so keep it PG-16! No extreme gore or intimate scenes please! Have it fade to black or something. - LGBTQ+ Supported. If you have a problem, don't join. - This is Semi-Literate! Please post AT LEAST 2 sentences during the role play! We need something to work with and this is not very hard to achieve. - Swearing is allowed just don't overdo it. Nobody likes people or characters who swear too much and unnecessarily. - No Mary/Gary Sues! No overpowered characters! People can be stronger than other people but everybody has weaknesses! - Contact the other player before killing/seriously injuring their character. Don't just say they are suddenly dead because you blasted them or something. - This is a CHILL role play! Post when you can and I'd appreciate it if you could post once a week. If you need to leave or take a break from this just post in the discussion thread or let me know! - I'm not making limited spots yet but make sure you can still handle all your characters if you want to make more than three. The teen let out a small 'Mm' as she gulped it down. It was the best meal she had eaten in ages. "Thank you, sir." Lizzie smiled. "Why do you live alone? Lu "Lulu" Dean Cobbler|Female|Bisexual|17 years old Lu was walking through the forest looking for some sort of water source even though it's rare to find she still thought she would search, Lu started heading to some mountains she saw in the distance, it was probably her best chance to get some mountain water. Lu had to crawl under thorns getting pricked and poked, thick brush that was hard to walk through, and more, but she was finally there at the base of the mountain even though she was scratched, bruised, and in some spots, bleeding, she didn't let down a single tear and kept moving on with a blank face. She then walked a little longer and crumbled to the ground apparently she was actually bleeding pretty heavily on her right leg and didn't notice, and her leg was now numb. Lu started looking around, still with a completely blank face but seemed a little panicked with the struggling to get somewhere safer than where she was and the constant turning. She spotted a nice made, little cabin and started crawling over to get help. "hello? is somebody there?? I need help!" she yelled, still....with no emotion. 0 players like this post! Like? |

My leg is bleeding and I could use some help." she looked behind her and her leg was started to turn purple and she crawled over and a sudden wave of pain went through her entire body and as she was crawling her arms buckled and she fell under the man before her. Logan had told her to stay in, but of course some things were said to be broken, right? With her knives in her pocket, Lizzie could already tell that the person was injured, from the pain that shrilled in their voice. "He must have some medical supplies somewhere around here.." The teen hissed under her breath. She knew quite alot about medical things since her adoptive father was a doctor - she'd often beg him to show her different things. Eventually, after searching almost everywhere, she spotted the supplies. There was a decent amount there, but Lizzie was unsure if it would be enough for the type of wound the person had. She didn't even know where the wound was. Grabbing the supplies, she marched out and kneeled beside Lu. "Hi, I can see your injured, and tired. But please can you tell me where you hurt and what happened? Then you can rest all you like." Lu "Lulu" Dean Cobbler|Female|Bisexual|17 years old Lu laid there expressionless, she started to feel cold, and the pain subsided, but she was still too weak to even lift her head to see whoever was talking to her, but the sound of her voice was soft and soothing. Lu could barely speak but managed to say "I was going to the mountains to see if I could find some fresh mountain water, I had to travel a long distance and when I finally arrived I hadn't realized the giant cut in my leg and I don't have a lot of medical experience but, think it's gotten infected" even tho she was scared deep inside she didn't feel it at all and was still as emotionless as ever and with a cut like hers it seemed pretty intimidating, also at the time being her katana was hidden underneath her clothing so the other people couldn't see it. 0 players like this post! Scanning the wound with her soft hues, the teenager could clearly see redness on the wound, and it had swelled. "I'll be back. Stay here, don't move." The coldness of the air and ground would help to stop the heat radiating from the infection. Going back into the house, she checked the fridge for any sort of alchoholic substance. Once found, she brought it back outside. "Alcohol is good for wounds. It may sting..alot, but hopefully the result will be good." Lizzie explained gently, before pouring a bit of alcohol on her leg. "Ah, it isn't as thorough." The female noted, getting her flannel out of her pocket and soaking it with alcohol. She dabbed it lightly on the wound, beside it and all around it. Blood was now smeared on her flannel, but she was more focused on helping the girl. Elizabeth used her other flannel to gently stop the bleeding, or atleast prevent it for a while. Then, picking up a bandage from the supply pile she had brought out, the girl wrapped the whole length of the bandage around the wound. Pressure would help. He wasnโt really mad that Lizzie didnโt listen to him, he figured some stubbornness from him would have passed down somehow. And he was pleased that Lizzie knew how to treat wounds. It was an important skill that a survivor needed to know. Logan scanned the edge of the mountains. All three of them could be vulnerable to a long range attack. Logan was pretty sure the mountains were secure, but with a bunch of new people showing up, he didnโt know if there could be more of them and whether or not theyโd be friendly. He didnโt know if Ravagers were attracted to blood either, he was pretty sure they werenโt, but there was a lot of blood on the ground. โDo you want some help inside?โ asked Logan, deciding that he might as well invite the stranger inside the cabin where it would be safer. 0 players like this post!
