After The War - Role Play ThreadIntroductionIt is now the year 2080, around 10 years after the invasion. They came out of nowhere, invaded Earth, attacked all the living things on our planet, and destroyed the moon. We called them "The Ravagers". It took long years of war to drive them out, but only after significant damage to our side. A large population of the life forms on Earth have been wiped out. Almost nothing can grow on Earth anymore and it is a struggle to survive for the remaining humans. Food and fresh water is hard to come by and many buildings we'd try use for shelter have crumbled away into nothing. The destruction of the moon has affected the Earth with significant changes; debris of the moon have crashed down and destroyed many things causing giant craters to form in the ground, eclipses no longer exist, there are only small tides from the larger bodies of water, and the seasons no longer exist making the Earth have a humid climate while making rain scarce. Our technology had advanced during the years of the war and the human survivors have now scavenged whatever they could get. Weapons have become more dangerous and digital tech has become more useful. Technology is scarce and not everyone would have been able to get their hands on it. However, technology does not guarantee a person's survival. Almost nothing will grow and fresh water is not something you can get easily. Will the survivors fight over the remains or will they perish on the now unrecognizable planet we called home? They need to choose quickly because the Ravagers may not have left the planet... Rules- Follow ALL rules on Lioden! This is an on-site role play! (Official LD Rules HERE) - Romance, Drama, Violence, etc. is allowed but all Lioden players are 16 years or older so keep it PG-16! No extreme gore or intimate scenes please! Have it fade to black or something. - LGBTQ+ Supported. If you have a problem, don't join. - This is Semi-Literate! Please post AT LEAST 2 sentences during the role play! We need something to work with and this is not very hard to achieve. - Swearing is allowed just don't overdo it. Nobody likes people or characters who swear too much and unnecessarily. - No Mary/Gary Sues! No overpowered characters! People can be stronger than other people but everybody has weaknesses! - Contact the other player before killing/seriously injuring their character. Don't just say they are suddenly dead because you blasted them or something. - This is a CHILL role play! Post when you can and I'd appreciate it if you could post once a week. If you need to leave or take a break from this just post in the discussion thread or let me know! - I'm not making limited spots yet but make sure you can still handle all your characters if you want to make more than three. Lu "Lulu" Dean Cobbler|Female|Bisexual|17 years old Inside the cabin Lu started looking for a nice place to sit down, as she was looking Lu saw a couch, a few legs were broken and it was torn and worn down but, still a couch, and better then sitting down on hard wood. She then saw Logan and Lizzie walk in and just sat there staring at them, they were talking, and it looked like Lizzie was about to leave but Logan pointed out her obvious wounds, she treated them and they started laughing, lizzie then took out a photo. Lu kind of wanted to know what they were talking about, but she was still a bit shaken from dropping her sword. If Lu lost this sword she didn't know what she would do. Lu continued to stare at them and watch them, still sitting on the couch. She loved this couch even tho it was roughed up it was still so comfortable. 0 players like this post! He looked a little like the man in the picture, and his wife died the same way as her mother died... "Oh, I'll go get the water if you want. You look after the girl." She then immediately put it away and looked the other direction, she didn't really want to answer Logan right now, and continued looking the other way as he spoke, honestly Lu didn't care how rude she was being. After he was done speaking Lu got up from the couch not realizing her sword carrier had become loose and fell off her waist. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Elizabeth "Lizzie/May" Wolf|Cisfemale|Pansexual|16 years old|Mentions: Logan, Lu Getting to her feet, Lizzie let Lu and Logan converse with one other, while she went to the cupboard and got some clean bottles out. Her knives were still in her pockets, so she could use them for self defense if any Ravengers appeared. The teen ran over to the lake and knelt down, unscrewing the lid on all the bottles and pushing them down - water filled them in no time. She put the bottles to her right and just sat there, admiring the lake. Nature - something she hadn't seen in ages. It had all been destroyed. Lizzie brushed a strand of hair behind her ear, getting her photo out her bag to just admire it. The scenery was peaceful, and it just seemed like a calming thing to do. 0 players like this post! Lu "Lulu" Dean Cobbler|Female|Bisexual|17 years old Lu walked a little bit before noticing her sword wasn't on her waist, she could tell because the weight seemed a bit off. As she was panicking she caught a glimpse of her dark blue, metallic sword carrier and swiftly went over to get it from Logan's hands. This was the second time now it had been off her, and after grabbing the carrier back Lu crouch down around the sword clenching it tightly, not even putting it back on her waist. 0 players like this post! Lu "Lulu" Dean Cobbler|Female|Bisexual|17 years old Lu took a deep breath and finally turned expressionless once again "they're fine, i don't feel it" she made it short simple and without any feeling at all she then stood up and looked at the sword with her expressionless face, "it was my dad's before he died by the ravengers, I was only 14 at the time" she realized she had accidentally revealed some of her past that she vowed to never speak of again. She remembered that day so clearly though the ravengers invading a almost crumbled house we were taking shelter in, our dad fended off the ravengers while me, my mom, my 7 year old brother and my 15 year old sister had to escape, I knew he was dead because I saw blood, human blood spilling from under the door we escaped through, after the ravengers had left the only thing I found of him was his katana and chainmil Armour that I sadly lost in a raging river so I hold onto this katana ever so dearly. 0 players like this post! Not many people's possessions had been left intact after the Ravager invasion so anything was usually quite rare. The couch in his cabin was the one intact couch Logan had found in ten years. Lu "Lulu" Dean Cobbler|Female|Bisexual|17 years old Lu had locked her emotions deep in a cave away from the outside but suddenly when she thought of all her families deaths even her precious pets that had been her friend throughout her young life, the cage cracked and a little spill of emotion was let out, sadness, sorrow, all those things rushed to get out and overwhelmed Lu, she hadn't felt actual emotion for a long, long time, and tears of sadness started to roll down her face while she was looking at her sword. Tear drops slowly fell onto the sword, she suddenly dropped to the floor being filled with sadness, head buried into her arms and started sobbing while holding her sword tightly. After a whole minute of this she got up arms covered with tears and calmed down. Her body managed to lock the emotions away again and sealed the crack. Her eyes puffed up and her cheek coated with her tears she wiped it off and stepped outside but not with her expressionless face. Lu "Lulu" Dean Cobbler|Female|Bisexual|17 years old When Lu walked out of the cabin she saw another girl aiming a bow at Lizzie, she ran over to Lizzie and held her sword in a defensive position ready to cut down any arrow shot at her (witch she could actually do), Then without thinking Lu charged into the lake, after swimming for about 2 seconds, lu realized she couldn't swim and was desperately trying to climb the water, she managed to get back to the shore next to lizzie and got back to her defensive position. "crap i let my guard down in there" she whispered under her breath then she thought, wait...why didn't she shoot?
