Cobra waited for the so called lioness named Lyla to show up. He lay down near the watering hole and waited. Lots of time passed, night fall was beganing to approuch. He decided to make him self comfortable and take a nap, he'll wake up in about and hour or two and if she still hasnt shown up, he'll go for a hunt. Cobra knew his presents would make the pride anxious so he would bring a meal to calm them and gain some trust.

She padded on with the cubs. How far had Nire gone? the cubs were growing tired so it was time to stop. They were approaching a very old baobab tree, “Come along now little ones, we’ll sleep here tonight.” The sun was setting which meant trouble for cubs out in the open.

One by one she climbed the tree with each cub in her grasp. She brought them all to the largest and flattest part of the tree. “Now stay here cubs. Please don’t go too close to the edge, you could fall.” She laid down and let the cubs nurse.

Once they were all asleep, she herself settled in. She placed the bags more neatly on some branches, but kept the beads around her neck. She wouldn’t let these out of her sight. Where are you Nire? She thought to herself. I was so stupid for not defending you or telling you about what was going on.

She needed some rest as well so following Nire would have to wait till the morning. The scents of other lions were mixing the farther they got, so maybe one of them had seen her. Hopefully by the morning her scent would still be detected. She rested her paws and drifted into a light sleep. She would stay on alert as best as she could.

Hello there. Talen said, gingerly walking up to a sleeping lioness. After there was no response he left to look around to see if she was with anyone. With the sun kissing the horizon and the shadows lengthening, it was hard to distinguish any movement in the distance. After a moment of thought he returned to the lioness and crawled into the bushes with her. Pressing his nose to hers he felt that it was dry and hot, too hot for the time of day. Stretching out he slipped out of the harness he was wearing, careful not to spill the water bags he was carrying with him. Taking a piece of fur from is things he soaked it and used it to wet her face and paws before washing off her wounds. Most of which where superficial. He then laid down against her, using a single claw to cut a piece of aloe from the bunch. Come on, dear. Wake up. You need to drink. He asked quietly but she didn't stir. Waiting for some time he eventually softly pulled her head from the branch and opened her mouth, putting a piece of the gooey aloe flesh in her mouth.

Pulling one of the hides he carried off, he draped it over her before stretching out and and relaxing himself. This was the least he could do for sharing the shelter for the night. Crossing his paws he leaned back and looked up to the sky, catching a glimpse of the first stars of the evening lighting up the clear sky. He stayed like that for quite awhile, studying the sky and how it moved before he let out a large gaping yawn. With a shaky stretch, he laid his head on the back of the lioness before drifting off to sleep himself.

Nikos tensed "If... If they'll let me in the pride." She looked nervous and scared. She walked up to the larger lioness. "A family, huh?" Nikos tilted her head, mumbling something. She looked at the larger lioness "Maybe.. I'll go." She gave a lopsided grin at her.

Nyota sighed in relief, "Alright, we should follow their scent then" she got up, walking besides Nikos, "Uh..Sorry about earlier" she said, blushing slightly, "I hope we'll be better together, anyways" she tasted the air, continuing to follow the scent

CObra sat up and began to start searching, he knew laying around would get him no where. He followed the scent of a couple of lions not to far from the watering hole.

She struggled for a little bit before mumbling "I'm sorry too.." she shuffled next to the larger lioness. "I hope so, too. I'm- Nikos by the way." She looked at the lioness next to her, Nikos curiously waited for an introduction. Her tail lashed behind her.

Nikos's ears flattened, but she needs to be nicer if she wishes to get into the pride. "Just come with us, we're all going to the same place anyway." Nikos looked bored, and her words were a little cold but definitely nicer than before. She waited for the male to catch up to them, Nikos still had a bored expression as she still didn't like any males following them but he was invited just like her and Nyota.

Romana’s long, fluffy tail hung closely behind her as she groomed a young cubs’ head, it’s fur a brighter color than her dull beige; a bright & beautiful blonde that seemed to shine with its brightness against the fur of her chest, which the cubs head was held against. The cub nuzzled against the soft fur, before leaving her to the few other cubs.

The lioness sighs a the cub departs from her, rolling to her side as more cubs come along, tugging at the strings that hold her jewelry together, stretching as her mouth widened, and she left out a yawn. The cubs surrounded her, all clawing at her fur as she pawed back at them,, smiling as she began to reminisce of playing with her other siblings, her fangs bare as she moved about with the cubs.
