Tromping down the stairs, the Slytherin 6th year stared drowsily at all the faces in the common room, before ignoring them in the quest of getting to the Great Hall. Once in the GH as he liked to call it, he might get some early food. Food. Yum. Was the only thing on his mind as he followed the form of Alexandria down the halls. Did he know it was her? Nope, not in the slightest.

Only when he plopped down beside her did it register it was her. "Oh, mornin' Alex-annnnee-dria." he slurred. "Did you sleep well?" he asked, hoping she'd take the bait to start talking as he started to scoop up food from all around him in sluggish movements.

Bouncing down the steps with strange alertness, the Gryffendor ignored everyone till he was bouncing on the balls of his feet in front of Gerrit. Snatching the cup up, he plopped his small body into the larger males lap. Despite plopping down, Hydrobious knew he didn't weigh much and probably didn't hurt the other male. Wiggling around to sprawl out sideways on Gerrit's lap, he held the coffee up to the other Gryffendor with a pleasant expression.

"So sorry for dropping in." He said softly, eyes sparkling with laughter. Glancing sideways he spotted the two other Gryffendor females, and gave the both sweet smiles. "Hullo, good morning." he chanted, to each of them before turning back to the man's lap he was sitting in. "Gerrit, I accidentally forgot to buy a book for Charms, do you possibly have a copy for this year I could borrow? Cause my parents are sending me one, but cause I'm from America it won't be here very soon." he said, voice naturally in a whisper like state.

Pausing in the ungraceful way he was scooping up food from all the platters around him, Andrew turned to blink owlishly at Alexandria. "You didn't sleep well?" he mumbled around the spoon in his mouth. Sitting back down carefully he gave her a long look, although the foggy drowsiness more than likely didn't go unnoticed. "I'm not sure how to better a sleep pattern, but feel free to crawl into my bed at night." Andy murmured, giving an innocent smile.

"I have to agree about the hyperness in the mornin'." he mumbled, as he turned to dig his spoon into some jello. (Do people from the UK call it jello...?) Noming on it quietly, he spaced out for quite some time.

Gray eyes lighting up at the words that fell from Gerrits mouth, Hydrobius flung his arms around Gerrit's neck and pressed a soft kiss on his cheek. "Thank you so much!" he exclaimed...quietly. Unwrapping himself he stared up at Gerrit owlishly. "I just realized out of all the years we have been room mates, I haven't seen you actually date anyone. Is that cause you like, what's his name? The Malfoy?" he mumbled, eyebrows furrowing. "It's not fair if you do!" he almost wailed. "I like you more. He's a Slytherin." Hydro continued.
