Mutated - Role Play ThreadIntroductionHumans. They thought they were the most powerful creatures on Earth. But of course they were proven wrong. Another species, who were very much like humankind, stepped forward and revealed themselves. The members of this species are believed to be the next stage of evolution and have gained extraordinary powers. They were known to humans as Mutants. But humans are not known for their acceptance. Many, but not all, believed that the Mutants were a threat and the Mutants were forced back into hiding. But some Mutants weren't interested in hiding and decided to fight back against human rule. These Mutants believe that they should be the superior species on Earth and will do whatever is necessary to rule. The tension between Mutants and humans is rising. A war may be coming. Are you a human? Or are you a Mutant? But more importantly... whose side are you on? Rules- Follow ALL rules on Lioden! This is an on-site role play! (Official LD Rules HERE) - Romance, Drama, Violence, etc. is allowed but all Lioden players are 16 years or older so keep it PG-16! No extreme gore or intimate scenes please! Have it fade to black or something. - LGBTQ+ Supported. If you have a problem, don't join. - This is Semi-Literate! Please post AT LEAST 2 sentences during the role play! We need something to work with and this is not very hard to achieve. - Swearing is allowed just don't overdo it. Nobody likes people or characters who swear too much and unnecessarily. - No Mary/Gary Sues! No overpowered characters! People can be stronger than other people but everybody has weaknesses! - Contact the other player before killing/seriously injuring their character. Don't just say they are suddenly dead because you blasted them or something. - This is a CHILL role play! Post when you can and I'd appreciate it if you could post once a week. If you need to leave or take a break from this just post in the discussion thread or let me know! - I'm not making limited spots yet but make sure you can still handle all your characters if you want to make more than three. The older man was listening to their conversation while the woman helped with Taya as she injected her with medicine her system to remove what was causing her to make her sick. Taya slowly opened her eyes as she looked around as she saw Logan was not there as she started to get scared but she felt a hand and looked,"G-Grandma?" Logan answered the young woman's last question, "She didn't do anything wrong. The people who took her did. And they're gonna get what they deserve. Make sure they look after Taya while I'm gone." Logan growled and shifted into his wolf form. His dark blue eyes blazed and his fingers turned into claws. With a growl Logan started running in the direction of where the woman pointed. The older woman saw that Taya was getting better thanks to her help. Taya was sound asleep as she is exhausted still from using her powers alot. (Right, I'm finally back. I'm gonna multitask and hang around Lioden while revising for my exams. TJ, feel free to jump in anywhere you like!) Logan Wolf|Male|30|Uninvolved Mutant|Animalistic Abilities|Mentions: Aurelie A large and dark furred black-brown wolf ran alongside a gravel road while being hidden in the dense cover of the trees. Logan sniffed the air as he ran, tracking the stronger scent left by the van and the fainter scent of Aurelie. Logan ran for a while until he caught sight of the van on the road. It was completely black and Logan knew it would be secure. Logan decided to bide his time and discreetly followed the van from a safe distance until it arrived at its location. The van had stopped at the base of a huge mountain. Logan watched the van drive into a large and strangely familiar tunnel. Logan had seen this hidden base before. He'd even been inside it. Logan shook away the few memories that surfaced and pushed them back down and out of his head. Now was not the time to think about his violent past. It seems really interesting owo) Jackson White|Male|20 years old|Allied Mutant|Super Strength/Four Arms|Mentions: Open Leaning on his motorcycle on the side of the road, Jackson was just chilling. He just got done with a small performance and.. It went ok. Some of the humans were cruel as usual, but he was used to it. He dug his hand into a small bag of chips he was having for a snack. It was mostly just out of boredom and there wasn't too much thought too it. That left room for him to think about what happened earlier... Maybe the reason one of the guys in front got mad was because Jackson pointed out a stain on his shirt in front of the entire crowd. Not a good move. He face palmed at his own behavior and sighed. (Hmm most of the characters are hanging around an old couples farm at the moment, I'll have some soldiers come chase Jackson while the other characters are on the farm.) The anti-mutant protest had finally finished but he knew there were soldiers around. They were just... over there. Alex quietly watched the black geared soldiers patrol the area. They soon spotted something... another mutant? Alex's gaze followed the direction to where they were pointing and soon saw a young mutant with multiple arms. That is, untill he heard them walking towards him. He looked up and to where the noise was coming from, then froze in place for a split second. He fumbled for his biker helmet and tried to talk his way out of this, or at least but a little time. "Hey did you do something with your hair today? It looks great." He hadn't noticed Alexander yet, for obvious reasons, but would soon. In the meantime he forced on his helmet and went for his motorcycle. Who knows how'd that go. 0 players like this post! The soldiers turned to him for a split second and Alex turned invisible instinctively as the other mutant went for his motorcycle. "Thanks whoever that was!" Before he revved the engine and started to speed off. He really didn't want to get caught up in whatever was happening. However he was coincidentally going in the same direction as Alexander and.. Started to notice that he was slowly coming into view. It clicked in his head what happened and he stopped next to him. "Here hop on. I've got room for another." Jackson said with a confident smile. He didn't even seem to be scared in the slightest. 0 players like this post! He even saw a dart whip past his face as he slid on behind the other mutant. The mutant didn't even look slightly scared. He seemed so confident. How did that work when getting chased by a bunch of angry soldiers? Alex didn't want to think about it too much now and decided that it would be better if he just focused on not falling off as he saw the soldiers try run at them. 0 players like this post! Like? |

He didn't really seem to mind though. Jackson was too busy making sure that his passenger, and himself, stayed safe and intact. Jackson took a small look behind him to see if he lost them.
