This is (LOOSELY) based off of my adoption thread located here! This will be edited lots before I am satisfied with it, but ya know! This is where the RP will happen, I request that we try to keep OOC chat in the OOC forum, but I won't enforce it too hardcore. Some Rules: - All 18+ actions are to be fade to black - nothing involving minors and adults - Please put a warning before any gore, mutilation, or descriptive harm (self or otherwise) - Do not have a response that describes how someone else's character reacts UNLESS this has been previously okay'ed by the original player Each pride will be listed with a link to their respective page in the R&T Prides Forum. It is up to the creator of said pride to update it as people join! However, if they are anything like me, they may need occasionally reminders lol. But don't be pushy!! I will try to update this ASAP as people join and switch up their roles as well!! As a reminder, I would love people joining my pride just remember that the lion/lioness either HAS to have a mutation or fake it somehow to be allowed in the pride. He lives out near the Oasis that is unclaimable by any prides. That is monkey only territory. Arune entered adolescent age just a month ago, it was quite surprising how from small cub, a runt even, he menaged to grow so strong in these awful conditions on scarce food, that more than once wasn't edible. As a tigon, he should be occupying the Tigon den, however his body seemed to be mutated way too much for Coy Fish liking, as no one could tell if he was a lion or lioness so early in his life. What complicated the case was his confusing scent, which started to annoy Coy Fish, since he probably couldn't decide if he had potential rival or he should keep him as a lioness. Young tigon was quick learner, since he was small he quickly learned to become independent, pouncing and play-hunting some rare critters that showed up due to poor condition of Moogly's den, but he was also first to tussle with some stronger cubs. Lately when Coy Fish was going to check his territory, he went out for a short time to get a little familiar with the world outside the shabby den they were living... 0 players like this post! Coy Fish finally arrived at Moogly's den, looking around as if he was deciding on a meal. When his eyes landed on Arune, he grinned. "Hello, Tigon." Coy purred, on the outside he may have looked happy to see the hybrid cub, but inside he was enraged that the adol dared to enter Moogly's den, "This cave isn't for you, you'll damage your fur." Coy turned, motioning for Aru to follow him. Moogly got in defensive position when Coy entered, ready to throw herself in his way should he threaten any of her cubs. She flinched when his eyes landed upon her, seeming to burn holes through her body with his malice. 0 players like this post! Like? |

When Coy Fish entered Moogly's den Arune knew better than to talk back, even though he wanted to say that Coy Fish was one who threw him here in the first place after he was born. He hesistantly got up to follow Coy, before Moogly stood before him, blocking his way... He gave her uncertain look, smilus was bigger than both of them and he didn't want to endanger Moogly and lions under her care more than necessary. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Jack returns from his patrol a few moments later. His first is splattered with blood and a satisfied smile is on his face, not that could tell from the elephant calf corpse that he was dragging into camp. His tails is swishing slightly as he moves, before he drops it and turns to Coy. “I have brought this back for you, my king.”He says with a self-satisfied purr. “It was slightly difficult to get, but wasn’t too hard for someone like me.”He licks his paw a little bit to get some of the blood off. Coy Fish snarled at Moogly, who immediately backed down and looked up at him from her submissive position. "That's more like it." He chuckled, before turning to face Jack. He grinned and headbutted the guard, "Well done!" He suddenly got an idea, "Say, why don't we prove your loyalty today? Both of you?" He looked between the two, and then glanced at Moogly. Her eyes were wide and fur on end. All the cubs in the den had long since scurried behind her for any semblance of protection. "Not one of your cubs, don't worry, Moogly my darling." Coy purred, winking at the lioness. She did not relax. "Harbinger found a lioness near the border. She had a litter of cubs and, well, none appear special at all." Coy shrugged and began walking towards the border. He called over a slinking patched lioness, ordering her to take the carcass to the hoard. It would be devoured shortly. 0 players like this post! A small snort burst forth when he was head butted, but shifted it into a pure from the praise. It stopped short when the other told him he had the chance to prove his loyalty. He heard the situation be described and flicked his tail. “How disgusting. Normal cubs are horrid.”He grumbles, stepping into line to follow after Coy.”I’d be honored to be able to have the opportunity to prove my loyalty to you, my king.” He kept pace with the king, but was just slightly behind so it didn’t seem like he was trying to be faster than his king. 0 players like this post! Coy smirked, "No need to be so vocal with your hatred, Jack. Moogly and cubs might hear you." He purred the ending, testing how Jack would react to it. He looked down at the overgrown claws protruding from the guards paws. He had been hoping for something more, but Coy would take what he got. Unless it was nothing- then he would get rid of them. Moogly let out a sigh of relief, shaking slightly. She knew he would come back, he always hated it when she stood up to him. ((had to help my mom with something Arune gave Moogly sad glance, even through he tried to reasurre her that he will be ok, before he almost obdiently followed Coy Fish and Jack... -"What do you have in mind... my king?"- he asked, not looking the others in the eyes directly in a sign of submission. It was better for him to act obdiently than openly rebel against obviously stronger adult smilus, even if young tigon was able to defeat fully grown non-mutated male, it wasn't the same when it came to their king... Coy Fish was giant in size and he was still only young lion, who recently entered adolescence, meaning that odds were against Aru if there happened any kind of direct confrotation. He wasn't so reckless to give the elder stupid reasons to get himself killed... Moogly would be sad. 0 players like this post! Like? |

He hummed. “I don’t care if they hear me. They know my opinion of them.” He says in return, keeping his gaze firmly on the distance. He knew Moogly knew he only said these things so that he would be able to protect himself, and understood he didn’t mean it. He noticed Coy staring at his paws and flexed them slightly to show them off a little more. “Is something the matter, my king? "I want to see you kill, Arune." Coy looked down at the tigon adolocent, "And isn't it time you became an apprentice to one of our elders here?" Coy was nearing the border now, the scent of fear and blood heavy on the stale air around them. This seemed to put Coy in even better spirits. He shrugged at Jack's enquiry, but was pleased with how heartless he was turning out to be. He had been worried that the lion would be too attached to Moogly after being raised by her nearly his whole life. Maybe that would be his final test, mused the king. "Oh nothing, Jack, just admiring your talons and thinking of the damage they could inflict." His thoughts were whirring and he scented the air again, "Isn't that just the most delicious scent you ever smelled?" He looked first at Jack and then at Arune. He was pleased at how the adol avoided looking up and remained submissive. He also appreciated that Jack kept his steps measured to stay behind him. Occasionally, the king would slow to see if Jack would surpass him. He never did. Harbinger was laying on the ground, a small cub between his front paws as his maw opened and closed just above the little one's head. He watched as the mother groveled and pleaded with him to give her back her kit, that she would leave and never return if he just gave the cub back. He relished in this feeling of power, it was the only time he wasn't constantly stuttering and making a fool of himself. 0 players like this post! As they arrived, the acrid scent of terror and blood in the stale air. Internally, he hated it, but externally he seemed to revel in the apparent suffering that the area was filled with. His mouth opened so he could breath through his mouth and get a better taste of it. He truly looked like a sadistic murderer who was happy to slaughter for fun. He saw Harbinger was tormenting the mother and her kit and looked to Coy. “Would you like me to kill the cub, or his mother?”He asks with a soft purr on the words ‘kill the cub’ as though nothing would bring him more pleasure than to slaughter a small helpless baby. “I’ll slaughter whoever you wish me too.” 0 players like this post!
