This is (LOOSELY) based off of my adoption thread located here! This will be edited lots before I am satisfied with it, but ya know! This is where the RP will happen, I request that we try to keep OOC chat in the OOC forum, but I won't enforce it too hardcore. Some Rules: - All 18+ actions are to be fade to black - nothing involving minors and adults - Please put a warning before any gore, mutilation, or descriptive harm (self or otherwise) - Do not have a response that describes how someone else's character reacts UNLESS this has been previously okay'ed by the original player Each pride will be listed with a link to their respective page in the R&T Prides Forum. It is up to the creator of said pride to update it as people join! However, if they are anything like me, they may need occasionally reminders lol. But don't be pushy!! I will try to update this ASAP as people join and switch up their roles as well!! As a reminder, I would love people joining my pride just remember that the lion/lioness either HAS to have a mutation or fake it somehow to be allowed in the pride. Aneesha concludes by giving the male a comforting side hug, standing to leave she nods her head to the statue before walking back. For a moment she didn't know what to do, not having to experience the loss of the loved one with her mother dead and father gone. In the past, she imagined what life would have been if she had been in a family, with a mother and father, maybe even siblings. Times have there been where she gazed at cubs with envy, their mothers adoring them or disciplining them. Their fathers played around and taught them lessons, laughing and hugging without a care in the world. Those were times her heart felt pain, felt pure loneliness. But looking back not she was grateful, having been given the opportunity to make her own family, blood or not shed love them till her last breath. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Tzipora | Lunar Pride | Kabir, Chiku Tzipora yawned lazily as she watched her cub tantalize the den mothers and other cubs that were around. When Kabir walked in, she let out a chirrup of greeting standing up to meet him, brushing her head up under his chin. "Kabir, my love, how are you?" She purrs, watching as Chiku pounces on him. With a chuckle, Tzipora smiles at her in approval. "Such a strong warrior already," She praises. The mid-day sun was flitting through the darker den, allowing for the lions to easily see, so long as it wasn't overly cloudy. The lioness's tail flicked back and forth, watching her cubs and mate interact. Lily of the Valley | Afaysi's Oasis, DU Den | Izel Lily's face continued to grow warmer and warmer, a purr forming at the base of her throat. The gray adolescent smiled when Izel broke the silence, thanking her. Lily had finally let go of the other's paws, and shuffled them on the floor in front of her. Not really knowing what to say at Izel's thanks, she just kinda hummed. "I- yeah, uh- If you ever need- yeah, I'm here," She awkwardly stumbled over her words. Gently smiling at the other adolescent, Lily's feet continued to shuffle in front of her, almost hoping that they would be occupied by the other's paws once more. Shiva | Afaysi's Oasis | Callahan, Hyena Shiva looked at Hyena with furrowed brows. Did they not know of Motaji? And who were these other deities that she spoke of? Shiva flicked her ears out of annoyance; how could they not tell Motaji chose Callahan as his priest? "Motaji chose Cal as his priest; could you not tell by the way the wind swirled, or how the leaves rustled, or by even how our scent was carried to your noses?" Shiva's tone was not very friendly, but she couldn't tell. She also didn't realize that most cats didn't grow up with a god at their brother's side, so they couldn't tell which god was which; especially Motaji, who was a lesser known god in the lion-world. Frost | Afaysi's Oasis | Neoma Frost huffed as she watched Hyena walk in the complete opposite direction of them. Figuring it was important leader business that needed to be tended to, the strange lioness could wait. Looking around, she spotted Neoma looking frantic. "Neoma," She called out. "What troubles you?" The young pie-bald was concerned for her pride mate. Even though Frost had only interacted with Harbinger, Talus, and Hyena for her earlier moons in the pride, she still knew most of the other's names. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Callahan | Afaysi's Oasis| Shiva, Hyena Callahan opened his jaws to reply but was promptly cut off by Shiva. The cheetah held back a wince at her unfriendly tone; it wasn't her intention for it to sound so hostile. With a wry smile, Callahan nodded. "As Shiva so elegantly put it, I've dedicated myself to the Dreamer. That being so, I haven't had many interactions with deities aside from him, except perhaps a few in my visions." Callahan paused, then added. "I have not been forbidden from practicing with other gods. It wouldn't hurt to try, actually." he mused thoughtfully. The Priest tilted his head at the lion. Nyx|Afyasi’s Nyx had found the heart of Afaysi’s. The smell of the lioness and the leopard were very strong now, so she decided to hide in the grass in order to not be seen. After a bit of watching and walking in the grass, she saw a lioness talking with a cheetah and the leopard. Her claws came out and her pupils dilated. She felt her instincts beginning to kick in telling her to pounce on the leopard, but she fought her instincts because she still wanted to figure out the main intentions of this pride. Instead she let out a low growl, as she couldn’t stop it from happening. She was ready for a fight, and the longer she stayed, the harder it became to keep her fighting instincts at bay. Hyena+Domino|Afyasi Domino narrows his vision at the leopard. He'd never heard of the god. It was bold of her to talk so boldly about such a thing. He restrained himself from snapping back at her, knowing he had to make a good impression for Hyena. Hyena blinks- furrowing her brows in thought. " I suppose I did? Though in all honesty I'm not that familiar with the dietys as hard as I try, Domino would be.." She cuts herself off- her ears twitching to the sound of a hushed growl. She quickly slips in front of her guests- snarling at some nearby grass. She could smell a stranger nearby, one sneaking and prowling. She was big enough to hide both of them behind herself- her fangs bared and growled low as she flickered her gaze over the shifting plants. She speaks softly to the three of them, keeping her focus on the grasses. " Domino.. bring these two to the healer's den." She instructs firmly. Domino chuffs, nodding as he starts to guide the two felines to his work area. Hyena began to stalk closer once her guests were far enough gone, a few large primal guards joining in by her side to crawl towards the sounds. " Whoever you are.. you're in Afyasi's Lands.. If you wish to fight I'd advise against it... You're outnumbered.. " Panya|Afyasi Panya leaves with his mate, sighing. " Jeez.. I goofed that up." he chuckles sadly, he was never sure how to cope with loss. He was either indifferent or hysterical. He wasn't sure either ways were healthy.. He felt his chest tighten at the thought of losing Aneesha as Imp did Jade. He suddenly pulls her into a tight hug, resting his head against her neck with a slight whimper. " I.. Love you.. " He mumbles, he'd try to tell her as much as he could.. in case anything were to ever happen to either of them. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Nyx|Afyasi’s|Hyena “Shit.” Nyx thought to herself, she had been heard. The leopard had left and lions had begun closing in on her. Nyx was starting to panic, she didn’t like being around big angry lions. So, she did the only thing she could think of in the moment and jumped out of the grass snarling and clawing at anything she made contact with. Nyx couldn’t think, her survival instincts had kicked in and the only thing she could do at this point was try and fight the danger. 0 players like this post! Hyena|Afyasi She flinches at the sight of the lioness- narrowing her eyes, her guards starting to close in on the stranger. She calls them off, but keeps them by her side to be safe. The look in this She's eyes wasn't one of anger or bloodlust.. but one of fear. The primal took a step forward, softening her stiff posture before talking calmly. " You seem lost..." She comments- her gaze scanning over the she's scarred body. She lowered herself so she could look into the strangers eyes. " We won't hurt you so long as you don't hurt us.. I'm Hyena Hop. Nyx|Afaysi’s|Hyena Nyx was still panicking, she bared her teeth, her eyes flitting back and forth for an escape. She stopped trying to fight even though the alarm bells in her head were still going off, making it hard to focus. She got into a fighting stance, ready to attack. She couldn’t totally understand what was going on, all she knew now was staying alive. The guards weren’t helping either even though they had backed off, she eyed them warily. The lioness had a kind look in her eyes, she had said something that Nyx couldn’t quite make out. She nipped at the lionesses face and snarled, trying to get her to back away as she did so herself. Kabir | Lunar Pride | For a moment, or so, Kabir stands surprised, flinching at the sudden, high-pitches roar, & then as he is struck by Chiku, lightly clinging her off as he looks down at her with a large smile- baring his teeth, sharp and long, which he bad used to dig into the thick necks of the animals and carcasses he would be brought by the huntresses, soon after they’ve returned from their fast-paced hunts. Recently, he found them rather un-useful, as the huntresses could usually only find dozens, upon dozens of small animals. Although Kabir was happy for Asteria’s recent pleasure and happiness, he admit enough was enough when the large den that once sit organized, yet still dirtied by blood and old, brittle bones- was now over filled, littered with old & new carcasses alike that he could no longer find any use for- Kabir found himself burning the carcasses, roasting their flesh until tender, then burning it fully, sending honey and such to the god, Asteria’s way, as a way of a much more easier form of sacrifice. Raising a large paw, just about the size of his cub’s head, Kabir ruffled with the pink-mixed, colorful fur at the top of Chiku’s head, laughing to himself at her attempt to strike him- his leg feeling a bit sore from her earlier hit. He smiled to himself, seeing Tzipora’s laugh as Chiku smiled up at him, his fangs baring once more. “ If you keep practicing- like that- ,” the king pauses, shifting his position as he hears a commotion from the outside of the den, undoubtedly another one of the bored guards attempts to find something to do, even if it had meant staring fights or hunting some of the small animals that lingered about the pride. Waiting a short period for the commotion outside to stop, the king returned his gaze to Chiku, continuing to speak, once more. “ You’ll make a great queen someday- might even be stronger then me and your mother! Of course, you might outdo your brother, as well. ,” he speaks with a soft laugh, thinking of the times he would practice and train with his other, many half-siblings. Although the mood and reasonings for their training days was much more depressing, he still found himself reminiscing of the days, a soft smile returning to his face. 0 players like this post! Hyena|Afyasi She hums, stepping back a bit. She motions to the guard on her left to bring her some food, which he does so swiftly. The primal tosses the stranger a bone that was still half covered in juicy meat. She sits, and commands her guards to do so as well. They sit stiffly behind her- eyes staring straight ahead. " Perhaps Actions will speak louder than words here?" She offers to nobody- knowing the intruder could not understand her. Chiku|Lunar pride She giggles, rubbing up against her fathers large paws before tumbling back towards her play area. She began to kick at one of the large chewing sticks she had- not paying much mind to her parents. She wore herself out after a while, her attention now drawn to the commotion outside. She frowned, wondering what could be the cause.. maybe somebody wasn't sharing? She understood that- not being fond of sharing herself.. well except with her brother of course. They were pals after all. She tried to look over her parent's tall figures, grumbling when she couldn't spot anything. She kicked at some of the pebbles on the ground. Ever since her brother had fallen ill she didn't have anybody to play with besides herself and the one cub that knew her from the broodmothers den. The rest were too nervous to approach her. She was rather big afterall. She WAS a tigon. But it didn't sting any less. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Maybe when we can get back home ill cut you up some frui-" Aneesha yelped startled at the sudden pull, arms in the air when panya rested and hugged her. Purring at the sudden affection she melted into the hug, nuzzling the side of her head against his. "I love you too panya, with all of my heart and soul." She whispered out as she hugged the male back, pulling back to look at his face. She smiled as she softly dragged her paw to caress his face as she took in the details of every scar and little bits of color on his face, twirling a piece of his growing mane. Nyx|Afaysi’s|Hyena Nyx had calmed down a little bit, she didn’t know why they were being so nice to her even after she intruded on their lands and tried to attack them. The lioness had thrown a bone with meat on it down in front of her. Nyx was confused, was this for her? Even though she didn’t trust these strangers totally, she could still eat even though she had already had a small zebra earlier yesterday, all the exploring and freaking out had made her hungry. She sniffed it to make sure they hadn’t put anything on it, it smelled okay, so she dragged it backwards a little bit and sat down to start eating. She eyed the lioness carefully, making sure she didn’t have any ulterior motives behind this act of generosity, there was nothing but kindness and understanding in her eyes. Once she had finished the meat, she began toying with the bone, still watching the lioness carefully. She kept her guard up, she still couldn’t understand why they were acting so kindly towards her. Hyena|Afyasi She smiles, happy that she seems pleased by their offering. She lets the guards return to their posts, leaving only the two of them. She opens her mouth to speak- only to close it in thought. Unsure of what to say. She thinks for a moment before looking around in the nearby hoard for something. She grins once she finds it- a snow white and soft dove feather. She wondered if the stranger could understand that she meant to offer her some peace. Unsure if her culture saw Doves in the same significance. She extends it to her gingerly, laying down on the floor so as not to loom over their new guest. Panya|Afyasi He giggles, nuzzling her face before starting to guide her back to the double dens. The tension in the air was thick- as the DU girls were mourning the loss of their friend.. and some their mother figure. Panya frowns- simply slipping Aneesha to the back so they could bathe. He wades into the water with a sigh- his muscles relaxing in the warm water. He offers her a paw, knowing she would want to get clean as well 0 players like this post! Like? |

Nyx|Afaysi’s|Hyena Nyx watched silently as the lioness grabbed something, watching her every move when finally, she found it. A dove feather? Perhaps it meant something she had never been taught. She sniffed it and a wash of calm came over her, she felt more relaxed than she had in days. Could it be a peace offering? She gently picked up the feather and put it behind her ear as a way of saying “thank you” without words. Normally after her crazy freak-outs she wasn’t able to speak and if she did, it would be one or two words. She stood up slowly and stepped a little bit closer to the lioness and sat back down.
