This is (LOOSELY) based off of my adoption thread located here! This will be edited lots before I am satisfied with it, but ya know! This is where the RP will happen, I request that we try to keep OOC chat in the OOC forum, but I won't enforce it too hardcore. Some Rules: - All 18+ actions are to be fade to black - nothing involving minors and adults - Please put a warning before any gore, mutilation, or descriptive harm (self or otherwise) - Do not have a response that describes how someone else's character reacts UNLESS this has been previously okay'ed by the original player Each pride will be listed with a link to their respective page in the R&T Prides Forum. It is up to the creator of said pride to update it as people join! However, if they are anything like me, they may need occasionally reminders lol. But don't be pushy!! I will try to update this ASAP as people join and switch up their roles as well!! As a reminder, I would love people joining my pride just remember that the lion/lioness either HAS to have a mutation or fake it somehow to be allowed in the pride. He lives out near the Oasis that is unclaimable by any prides. That is monkey only territory. Nyx|Afyasi’s The sun has begun to set, which meant that Nyx now had the advantage. She began tracking the adolescent, remembering the distinct scent she had. She went in the direction that had the strongest scent of them. She knew that the adolescent would’ve walked all over just to make sure she wasn’t being followed, this would probably take most of the night. Shiva | Somewhere, on way to Afaysi’s Oasis | Callahan Shiva chirruped happily as her brother brushed up against her. Stopping to consider the words he spoke, and nodded her head. Callahan was right, they did have a god on their side. Thinking about it, it was strange; Callahan and Shiva and Motaji: a cheetah, a leopard, and a god; it seemed as if it was the strangest trio imaginable. “I guess your right; most cats have half a brain to not hurt a priest. Though, most lions hate leopards, right?” She still seems quite troubled with going into lion territory. Shifting her weight, she continued to follow slightly behind Callahan; then maybe the lions would open their paws to the physical duo without much of a fight. Lily of the Valley | Afaysi’s Oasis, DU Den | Izel Lily’s face, much like Izel’s, was flushed a deep red in embarrassment. The gray lioness wouldn’t have thought herself to be as brave as she was being; most of the time, Lily waited until she got explicit permission to do something like this. Although, desperate times came with desperate measures and Izel was cold. Lily had plenty of heat to share, so why not? Lily was oblivious to the fact that Izel was a little peeved or flustered. Lily blushed a deeper red as Izel chirruped. “Ah,” Was all she could say with a little squeak. Lily had never been this embarrassed before now. "Hate is a strong word for it." he mused, "Most of them, in truth are just protective of their homes and prey." Of course, there were those whose hostility is unwarranted. Callahan will never understand them. As they got closer to Afaysi's, Callahan's tail raised in a lofty greeting to anyone who might be watching. His face was set into a calm, tranquil look, although he kept just one step ahead of Shiva, just in case things went south. Hyena+Domino|Afyasi Just as the twilight was settling into the sky, A guard rushed up to speak with Domino and Hyena. " Hyena! U-uhm.. there's two strangers coming into our pride! What should we do with them??" Hyena raises a brow, looking back to them. " Well.. has Petra said anything about it?" She asks with a sigh. " I think she's still out on border patrol.." He sheepishly answers. Hyena nods- Starting to move away from the peak her and Domino were cuddled up together on, she pads down and shivers at the sudden gust of chilled wing that floats through the pride- stirring up some leaves alongside it. She tries her best to put on a happy face, despite being exhausted. She eventually pads up to where the strangers were, lions slightly crowding them and sizing them up. Considering how they had no carts or goods one could assume they weren't traitors. Hyena only hoped they weren't searching for Coy.. as a few had done so before. " Greetings traveler. I'm the Advisor of this pride, I'd like to know you're business here in our Oasis." She chuffs pleasantly, Domino slinking around her form like a snake to stare at the two of them with wide eerie eyes and odd smile. Lady Hadleigh| Afyasi " Perfect.. come along then my son.." She chuffs, leading the young male out of the oasis. As they walk she strikes up some conversation. " So! What has your mother told you about your father?" Shiva | Afaysi’s Oasis | Callahan, Hyena As the lions approached her and her brother, Shiva made sure to make herself look very very small. Even if she was only half a hand smaller than Callahan, and much, much smaller than Hyena, she wanted to look as small and unthreatening as she could. The small leopardess bowed her head down in appeasement. She let the wind and Callahan do the talking, fearful that she would say the wrong thing as she does quite often. 0 players like this post! When you have the attention of somebody as amazing as your father one's bound to be jelous when he chooses his future murderer. " She snarls. " Coy didn't hurt lions. He simply sent the ones that were unmutated to the afterlife! So he could pray that they could be sent back stronger!" She sighs dreamily. He let them become one with his body by consuming their meat, so that they may have a better chance of becoming strong like him once they were re-born! People saw it as cruel.. but it was far kinder than others could understand!" She rants, taking a bit of a bumpy path down to an area just outside of Afyasi that was still bleached by the sun and reeked of rot and carnage. Despite it becoming night, there was still a humid note in the air. As if Coy were panting down onto the feeble habitat as he stared at the two of them. 0 players like this post! Like? |
