He saw a black one called Hades. He went to talk to Hades. Hades was excited for someone to actually want to potenially adopt her. Sunna asked if Hades would like to join his pride and Hades said yes. I will ask the head of this shelter if I can adopt you.

*Altin would walk back into the adoption cave and right to shelter 1. He looked around and saw Zebra and he walked up to her. He boweed playfully and smiled sweetly as he spoke.* "Would you like to have a new home, that is if you aren't already chosen?" *He had a hopeful gleam.in his large and blue eyes. He hoped he could bring this female home with him and give her a good life.*

Zebra’s eyes widened with excitement. She turned to Khatiba, who nodded. “Yes!” she said. “I would love to!” With that, she followed Altin out of the cave.

Castle slowly examining each Nyumbani cub with a cold, unforgiving glare as Nyah sits by, watching. The cubs are quick to perk up and put their best paw forward, intimidated by the stern ferus. Suddenly, Castle halts in front of Spear looking him up and down decisively. "Hmm a shiny red coat with healthy, dark rosette spots," thought Castle. "He may farewell at home provided he knows his place."

Nyah softly approaches the adolescent with warmth in her eyes. "Do you need a home still? Would you like to come home with us, Spear?" Noticing the lion's timidness, Nyah leans in and whispers, "Don't worry about Castle, he's really a big softy at the core."

Malou skimmed the cave, kings and queens alike were doing the same.. Looking for the perfect cub or adolescent to adopt..

Laughter and loud roaring came from the entrance of the Nyumbani shelter. A group of male adolescents and cubs came trotting into the cave, one in male adolescent in particular had his chest puffed up with confidence. It seems the adolescent had won a spar against another male. Malou picked themselves up from the ground, that adolescent, Spear, fit her "requirements" perfectly. Malou's pride consisted of sturdy lions, a confident, strong male would fit in perfectly.

Walking up to Vikela, the broodmother who took care of Spear, Malou sat in front of her cockyly, and even while the broodmother was talking to another, they got straight to the point.
"I'd like to adopt Spear."

Grimm smiled and excitedly spoke, her face lighting up in joy

"I am sure she will be very happy to accompany you! I will go and get her now"

Grimm trotted into the den and called out to Cowl, who quickly left the other broodmothers to join Grimm at the mouth of the cave.

"This lion would very much like to adopt you! How do you feel about joining his pride?"

Cowl's face lit up and she grinned. "I really want to!"

Grimm smiled as she watched the young lion greet her new pride member.

Stormlight and Redtail looked among the young males and then Redtail jumped on one. "This one! I want him to be my brother! What is your name?" "Polaris." The adolescent responded and Redtail smiled turning to his adopted father before nipping Polaris on the ear, Stormlight smiled at both cubs and let out a roar to get the young males' den mother to come over.

Ghostscar walked around the Nyumbani shelter again. He looked around with the amazement on how lovely all the cubs but one in particular caught his eye, Alniltak. He grinned and walked over to a Broodmother, asking, “Hello, I was wondering if I could possibly adopt Alniltak? She’ll fit in very well with my lionesses and submales.” He smiled gracefully after.

Aiolos strode through the shelter territory carefully. He had heard from a lion during one of his patrols of a area where many cubs needed homes. The lion had been carrying a small cub by the scruff who had been arguing about that he could carry himself, much to both males' amusement. After the male left, he decided he would have a look for himself. Perhaps then he could tell his king he'd have to return and take a look.

He stumbled a bit as a small pack of adolescents chased each other across his path, seemingly entangled ina game of 'chase the meerkat'. One of the cubs, with golden brown along her sides and belly tripped, her paw grazing across a loosened stone. She was thrown into a roll before coming to a stop in the grass, left by the others in the dust. Aiolos stared a bit before he walked over to gently help her, seeing her start to pull herself up. "Are you alright?" He murmured carefully as he used a massive paw to help heave the lioness to her paws. She panted gently before she let out a light whoop "Th-that was fun! Did you see that?!" She looked up with bright eyes before staring at the size of the male who helped her. He blinked at this reaction before giving a throaty chuckle, almost like a purr. "Indeed...What do they call you, young one?"

Her body untensed as she looked a bit bashful of her outburst. "Ursa..." He nodded gently. "I'm Aiolos. Would you like to come home with me?" He asked, tillting his head. Part of him pondered why he would ask this. He wasn't extremely keen on young lions, but she seemed like she would grow into a good natured lioness. She seemed to think about this, before nodding. "You're a king?" He shook his head with a reserved smile. "No...But I think he'll be happy to see you too. Who is your broodmother-?"

Ursa turned her head to point her muzzle in the direction of an older lioness lounging in the shade of a tree with one cloudy eye casting over the groups of cubs. He nodded. "Stay here?" Before he padded gently over to the lioness, bending his head carefully. "Hello-- would you mind if I invited Ursa to join our pride?"
